14/7/2021 11:49 | which rns do you mean, point me to it please? | rmart
14/7/2021 11:40 | Oh my Good God. TRY READING THE RNS THAT TELLS YOU!! Sidetrack is now pushed back to Q1 next year! I'm hardly twisting everything it's from Angus-issued information!! You really shouldn't be commenting on a company you have such little understanding of. Go and have a stand in front of that mirror and think about it! | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 11:34 | you just twist everything whenever it suits. they are drilling the sidetrack before switch on as you know. So how do you know they are not going to start that drill in the next few weeks whilst all the instalaation is going on, to match up with switch on by yr end as they have stated? You are the waste of time because you simply twist and turn everything to your desperate negative bitter twisted thought process. | rmart
14/7/2021 11:34 | PS. I am more than happy to take a long look in the mirror......Are you? | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 11:32 | He's already signaled 1st gas by year-end isn't going to happen! Anyone taking any notice of timelines (or budgets) Angus has given needs their heads looking at. 1st Compressor delivered on November the 15th. Then it has to be installed, commissioned, tested, staff trained and signed of by all the relevant authorities....and over Christmas and the new year, That's without all the other little things to go wrong (Which they will).... Late Jan at best. Then they have the 16-week Sidetrack program and then the installation of the second compressor? The Hedge starts in July for a reason as it's the realistic timescale. What will they will be producing is the only question and we won't know the actual figures for 3 months when they are published on the OGA website. Angus has a history of smudging the figures in this regard also. Look what they told the market Lidsey produced and then the reality. | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 11:29 | JA51: we’re wasting our time with these two, who don't know the first thing about it. 16 weeks for a sidetrack, before first gas. April at the earliest, even assuming Anguish manage to do something on schedule and on budget for the first time. I agree with you, Mercuria makes money on this whatever happens. This time next year.... Anguish's assets may well be owned by the lenders. They’re already controlled by them - or on their behalf, to put it more correctly. | jtidsbadly
14/7/2021 11:17 | 1st gas by yr end as you know. maybe slight slippage into January but that gives plenty of time, again as you know full well. so who do people take notice off? A disgruntled old investor who lost his money and simply never moves on or the company and its investors who have confidently put up 12m quids? take a long look in a mirror and ask yourself that. | rmart
14/7/2021 11:11 | Nice bit if commentaryHTTPS://mo | cantrememberthis2
14/7/2021 11:07 | rmart Thats not going to be possible as they won't be producing by then! Try reading the RNS.s and PP submitted. No one knows what Saltfleetby will ultimately produce other than it will be below the CPR figure which was based on 10MMSCF. That's the maximum Angus can produce with the plant they have ordered. 10% downtime required for pressure build-up and maintenance. Drilling a successful sidetrack capable of producing 5MMSCF on the first attempt is a huge ask! I'm sure the lenders are confident they will get a paid no matter what as Angus has a Circa £20million tax break which they could take advantage of should the 5 times failed SF7 fail and they take control. | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 11:02 | with jtsiadly's constant doom and gloom predictions - placings ( plural ) imminent , run out of money and all the other ramblings of an old unhinged duffer you would wonder why anyone would work with Angus... but hold on, Shell & Mercuria do .. both multi billion pound companies ... it really would be laughable if he wasn't so disingenuous, a very suspicious character | sincero1
14/7/2021 10:56 | now stop being silly with your "Very unlikely" type comments. You know full well the income from Saltfleetby per month/yr. | rmart
14/7/2021 10:53 | pay it out of saltfleetby income ... simples. | rmart
14/7/2021 10:48 | rmart.... £1.4 million CLN......Did you miss it? What do you think they will do? Very unlikely that they will have the money to repay it AS THEY DON'T ACTUALLY PRODUCE ANYTHING.... | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 10:48 | you clearly do not understand how any of this works so its probably best to shut your gob and stop making yourself look stupid. | rmart
14/7/2021 10:45 | JA51/HITS: AEWB3 is in the hands of Law Debenture already. In hock. And the 3% up-front fee reduces the loan to £11.64mm. already, doesn’t it? I don’t understand Knowe’s position. The operating assets are now held by Law Debenture, so in the event that Angus can’t repay the Knowe loan on time, how is it enforceable, other than by applying for administration? That loan is repayable in April, but if the sidetrack starts in January and is scheduled to take 16 weeks, where will the money come from? I don’t know much about loan collateral but I’ve never seen a situation like this between Law Debenture and AEWB3. Perhaps the shills on here will supply some examples of something similar? It appears to me as if the lenders are protecting their interests by making sure someone competent is monitoring payments and bank statements at source. I dare say Angus will be paying for this as well. This loan is extremely expensive finance. | jtidsbadly
14/7/2021 10:41 | jtisadly "I’m expecting two placings this year" I will add this to you roll call of shame.. keeps getting longer and longer ...: 5.7.21 "placing this week or next" 8.7.21"another placing or two in the next few months" 9.7.21 "" placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested" 14.7.21 ""I’m expecting two placings this year" 21.5.21 "poor angus 0.20 soon" 7+ weeks ago. " share price into the sixties shortly " 5+ weeks ago. "oga approval doubt" . " financing doubt" . " running out of money " weekly prediction for last 6 months. " 0.15 by end of year". " placing soon " daily prediction for last 6 months. "They did run out of money towards the end of March, as we predicted" - As at 31 March 2021 the Group had cash of £591,000. As at 31 March 2021 the Group had net current assets of £1,351,000". | sincero1
14/7/2021 10:37 | lets make it 3, why not? or 4 maybe? what a crock of numpties you lot are. to you, to me, to you, to me. Chuckle. | rmart
14/7/2021 10:29 | That’s rich. “From the company and factual”! Hilarious. Has this person been watching this unfold for more than a week or two? Who’s going to farm in to Lidsey? Lidsey is back in the frame to obviate the need to make the abandonment provision that they said they’d made for it in October 2019. In any case, they’ve got no budget for anything there. Someone on the other site is predicting oil production from Brockham imminently. Clickbait - yes, I’m expecting two placings this year. | jtidsbadly
14/7/2021 10:28 | rmart.........Erm, no that's not what I was pointing out! Try reading what I said. I think anyone who pumps a share like you are should have known that the figures were £6 million out should be taken with a pinch of salt. You also fail to realise that the Knowe CLN for £1.4 Million has a charge against Angus. It's due in April next year...So it's actually £13.4 million.....Any idea how they are going to pay it?? What happens if the sidetrack fails? how many £2.4 million attempts will they need to hit that outrageous 90% confident comment GL has claimed?.... The last 9 attempts failed!! Who will they get the money from then?.....O they cant as there not allowed to are they! | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 10:12 | Just a small point-ette. Quoting directly from company-issued information and claiming that, just because the company said it, it therefore must be a cast-iron guaranteed fact is really not the smartest furrow to plough. Because it would be the work of 30 seconds to come up with several examples - and yes from the current shiny and "new" management dream team - where information that they have repeatedly issued and assured has turned out to be not in the least little bit accurate. First gas by when? And what total cost required to get to that point? That's the awkward thing about truth-tested facts, eh? | headinthesand
14/7/2021 09:41 | rmart - remember this is ja51"contractvoid"ol | sincero1
14/7/2021 09:37 | you are actually trying to state the charges are negative? it is normal when lending £12m to take security you clown. FFS i hope you are not stupid enough to not know that, then again that is probably why you lost out before, because you clearly are stupid. When repayment of the £12m is completed the charges will die. Simple, and normal procedure. | rmart
14/7/2021 09:30 | rmart Seriously!..... You have only just discovered this bit of information? That actually explains alot. Angus has taken the loan on and Saltfleetby Energy Ltd, but ultimately the controlling interest (Forum Energy services Ltd) has also been wholly mortgaged against the loan. It would have of course looked better if they had taken half each and Angus was telling its shareholders they were only £6 Million plus around now £4 million in delays over budget. But with only £89k showing in the last accounts for Forum Energy services Ltd, it's quite unlikely they would have got the loan isn't it. Makes you wonder why the Accounts for are delayed Forum Energy Services Ltd are late As are those for Saltfleetby Energy Ltd And Angus Energy weald basin number 3 Angus Energy PLC also has two charges registered! | ja51oiler
14/7/2021 09:27 | clickbait - i have mentioned previously that i would not engage with you as you appear to be mentally unwell . Clearly you are still no better as you are now following the "fabricating to suit " narrative ( jtisadly, uclot , ja51"contractvoid"ol | sincero1
14/7/2021 09:22 | Been some great posts on how the paid shills operate on the boards yesterday. We know which category Sincero1 falls into. The disruptor and discrediter pahapaha | clickbait |
