Well, looks like the mini pump n dump is over. Rather a pathetic effort really, but maybe I'm irritated because my 1.0p lobsterpot escape route is receding again (which hardly comes as a surprise).

I'm just thankful I only have a few £k in this gradual but apparently inevitable car crash.

Re the Q&A, they now say they’ll answer the May questions “before 14 June”. That will be today then. They don't like to work at weekends, do they? They’re not paid for it (which is why this site is better at weekends).

I see they’re apologising in the Q&A for the failure to answer questions duly in May. When did this apology go up? They should be apologising for falsifying the dates on which the questions were lodged with them.

Still no accounts from Anguish’s Poundland partner, SEL. this is a criminal offence, see below, from the GOV.UK SITE:

“Not filing your confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is a criminal offence - and directors or LLP designated members could be personally fined in the criminal courts.

Failing to pay your late filing penalty can result in enforcement proceedings. Any criminal proceedings for not filing confirmation statements, annual returns or accounts is separate from (and in addition to) any late filing penalties issued by Companies House against the company.”

So the implication appears to be that Anguish are in bed with a known offender. Unsavoury, what?

Regardless of the mini spike (orchestrated to get rid in advance of some of those up and coming shares) this will all end in tears...
