jtisbadly - are you crying ? u sound very upset .. oh well you shouldn't fabricate, lie and libel , you are an old duffer but act like a child. As predicted can't show my "ramp " post as doesn't exist . Like your "placing soon" post never happened, or your " 0.2 soon" never happened , or your "into sixties shortly" never happened or your " run out of money " never happened, i'm a paid ramper simply not true, not a shareholder - yes i am .. i could go on but its pretty obvious this clueless imbecile has been totally discredited . mental health emergency ....

JA51: the reference in yesterday’s RNS to “net claim” suggests that Anguish provided the claimant with something that can be offset against the sum they’re claiming. That might suggest it's not Gneiss, more likely one of the Aleph boys’ companies. Did Anguish finance Scout Lane?

In addition, the wording of the reference to counsel doesn't fill one with confidence that counsel necessarily agrees with anguish’s opinion. It means merely that they’ve consulted a barrister.

It’s risible for this person to deny he/she is a shill and to claim he/she holds shares in this crock.

ja51"contactvoid"olier - not at all. just pointing out that you window lickers just fabricate to suit narrative, exactly as you have just done. again you are too quick to post instead of thinking first - you being below average intelligence at best claim proven. I'm still waiting for jtisdably to show my "ramping" posts from yesterday evening ...

jtidsbaldy " this person wouldn’t know decent investment research if it came and bit him in the leg." and again what an imbecile , just makes things up to make him feel better. I have stated my position before , derisked , free ride after more than doubling my original investment . You need serious mental health support.

Well, that’s hogwash, start to finish. And this person wouldn’t know decent investment research if it came and bit him in the leg. As he’d demonstrated throughout.

Sincero, do you ever look next door, out of interest? In terms of eye-swivelling rampant disinformation, the frenzied yet failing efforts by the boiler room squad over there to positively influence the share price are tiresomely surprising in their sheer quantity.

This BB on the other hand is a positive sea of calm in comparison.

HITS: this person is understandably annoyed that his ramping claims of last evening have not been borne out by the actualité. I shall not be addressing him again, he seems incapable of understanding even Mr. Micawber’s very basic arithmetic re having a cash reserve vs. having a deficit. In any case, he’s clearly a paid shill and he’s not paying me for the valuable investment information I have been giving him gratis. Doesn't seem right, does it? No, as they say on the other site, in the bin with him.

I’m sorry you’re left in the lobsterpot.

HITS - " disclosed to lenders prior to signing" mercuia are fine with it and therefore so am I. There was never going to be massive rise today . for me it will be a relatively steady rise. Libellous talk of "0.20 soon" " contract void " " run out of money soon " by the resident window lickers has obviously been proven to be untrue. They will latch onto something else insignificant shortly to try and spin a negative but they are now totally discredited and just look foolish . i will continue to try not to laugh too much as its really quite sad, they should be seeking mental health support .

Regardless of the best efforts and assurances of the copy n paste and information-selective brigade next door, I'm clearly not going to get to my sell trigger point (1.0p) any time in the foreseeable future. I'm really not surprised.

So, sadly but unsurprisingly I'm still stuck in the ANGS lobsterpot. I'm just ever so grateful that, even if the company went pop tomorrow and delivered me a total wipe-out, it would be intensely irritating, rather than particularly significant.

I wonder who that "significant invoice dispute" is with? Most likely candidates are Gneiss or Aleph. If the former, that's more perturbing, since they're not a bucket shop and so one would expect any claim by them to have at least some merit. If the latter - and presumably it'll all be about their "reasonable due diligence fees", well... they're a bunch of chancers, so it'll come down to how carefully Georgie (the finance expert, remember?) read the smallprint before signing.

What is also perturbing is the fact that George and ANGS obviously were compelled to release this extra item by RNS - and how they must have hated that. To be issued by RNS, the matter therefore simply must be viewed as material and significant. Oh dear...

Well, the night shift did its meths-fuelled best. As for the other site, the less said the better. Meanwhile Anguish’s Poundland partner still hasn’t published its accounts. Clearly something amiss there.

Will a placing to finance a lawsuit go down well with investors?

JT,

How are they going to dump those 35m shares I wonder?

It will be an MM frenzied game of pass the parcel... whoever's left holding will be holding them for a looooooooooooooooooong time IMHO.

I see the Anguish PR mob are doing cartwheels on overtime hoping to drum up some takers here... but it's all a waste of breath.

CQ ;-)

One notes that further tranches of the loan will be drawn “against invoices”. If this legal action costs Anguish more than £100,000 or so, will this invoice be met by Mercuria?

Not much sign of the 35mm. new shares yet.
