23/2/2024 11:29 | JT got a few more weeks yet before they have to issue the AR. Wolfy seems to have gone back to woods. | 1347
22/2/2024 21:51 | 1347: they’ll need something. The advantage of storage is that they won’t need to spend that £4mm-odd in the balance sheet on abandonment. On which topic, it’s nearly time for the September 2023 Report and Accounts, what? And where’s Wolfy? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2024 21:05 | JT Rainbows never last too long, it was just another jam tomorrow story. Maybe storage will go the same way when they've all creamed off sufficient money from the residual gas at Poundland. | 1347
22/2/2024 20:44 | 1347: what happened to geothermal? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2024 17:31 | They will be. They're too thick to understand. | bionicdog
22/2/2024 17:06 | Interesting after-hours RNS from UKOG re contributions to their employee/Directors share benefit scheme. Shareholders will be pleased. | jtidsbadly
22/2/2024 12:29 | 1347: yes, it’s more or less in line with what one expected, though it came a few days earlier than I thought it would. Lots of unanswered questions. Yes, I’d like to know more about the “legacy creditors”. I’ve pointed out before that they owe a lot to creditors: the figure could absorb most of the remaining cash after they’ve repaid all of Mercuria and Aleph, £1.75mm of the Forum debt and £1mm.in fees to Aleph and who knows what to the other counterparties. Are Poundland's neighbours kicking off about noise? I wonder what a noise suppression system costs. A flea bite, I’m sure, in the context of all these other payments. Remaining shareholders must be quailing at the thought of another well or sidetrack! Will they have any money left for Brockham? That looks like a straight bet at long odds to preserve Angus as an oil/gas producer, rather than, in the medium-long term, a gas storage utility company. | jtidsbadly
22/2/2024 11:10 | No. Between this UKOG and VAST you are doing great. | bionicdog
22/2/2024 10:43 | what i like about this share is balcombe and brockham are not priced in..now we know brockham can boost share price to 40p so might be worth getting in now | iceagefarmer
22/2/2024 10:26 | Well, was that what they call a “spike”? OofyProsser has contributed a reasoned summary in Kansas. The retracing of the share price reaction to the signing of the deal is interesting. Where are all the mugs? Or did they get filled in with all those shares at 0.6p? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2024 09:23 | Big trades, 15 & 18 million reported at 0.6 while advfn have a high range of 0.525? | goggin
22/2/2024 07:18 | Aleph Commodities Ltd ("ACL") will receive a fee for structuring and assistance in securing the Facility of £750,000 satisfied by the issue of 187,500,000 new ordinary shares at 0.40 pence per share. £3/4 of a million down the toilet in one go, for arranging a loan to pay off their own loan, and paid for in ShareCoin. | 1347
20/2/2024 19:36 | JT Kansas admin was uneven and so it became a boilerhouse rather than a forum for any reasoned discussion of companies. I now use the BBs mainly for the entertainment value of watching the hapless Laurel and Hardy like directors lurch from one crises to another and the stupidity of the mug punters hanging on in quiet, delusional desperation. Apart from that they are not much use, although you do get a few useful bits of information posted from time to time. | 1347
20/2/2024 16:31 | 1347: yes, and those were the Accounts in respect of the year to November 2021. Maybe this has been holding up the documentation. This new Pen Holder would be better referred to as the Paper Pusher, what? | jtidsbadly
20/2/2024 16:29 | Oh HITS You are simply wrong about Kansas. LSE deletes posts and threads if it's too critical of the company and/or if several people report it, rampers have done that quite a bit and I've seen it often. I'm surprised yours still persist, maybe out of some kind of sympathetic largesse. | 1347
20/2/2024 16:21 | JT Noted. No idea why they took so long to release it. Maybe it was a loose end for the documentation for the Now You Can Borrow Enough To Get Completely Out of Debt loan? I see Knowe still haven't filed any accounts from 2022. | 1347
20/2/2024 14:39 | 1347: the Charge in favour of Knowe Properties, that has existed since the day after the senior lender’s superior Charge, was satisfied last Thursday. I had assumed that this had been done when they converted last year. Perhaps it’s just a bit of late housekeeping. The Charge in favour of Mercuria still applies. | jtidsbadly
19/2/2024 21:00 | Moron, you absolute sad moron, get a life. I note that you didn't answer my previous question regarding what shares you actually own.... Speaks volumes. what what what | fat frank
19/2/2024 20:54 | JT You mean the non-insider shareholders will be, 'erbert and the rest are still being well paid and all they have to do is bend over a barrel. | 1347
19/2/2024 19:19 | 1347: yes, they said a month ago that they’d been working on the documentation, which was all that remained to be done. It doesn’t take more than a month to write down the terms of an agreement that you’ve been working on for six months plus, surely? Even if the Pen Holder has been changed during that time. The details of the final agreement are going to reward close attention. The Trafigura offtake agreement and the terms of any further involvement in Poundland on the part of Mercuria (hedges and royalty) will be interesting, what? I expect that Anguish will be shafted. | jtidsbadly
19/2/2024 18:55 | Angus Energy plc (AIM:ANGS) announces that the £6m bridge facility, due to be repaid today, has been extended under current ternms until Friday 23rd February 2024 in order to allow time to conclude documentation of the proposed £20m Global Refinancing Facility. Maybe they need another week to get all the spelling mistakes out of the documents. Anguish Energy sloppy as ever, good job they're not in charge of anything with safety implications, oh hang on.... | 1347 |
