14/2/2024 10:22 | 1347: and yesterday’s production figure at Poundland was very close to the hedged figure. If it falls again, they’ll be buying gas at 60p against their 46.5p price this month and next from Mercuria. And the hedge price is much lower from April and over the summer months. Though the hedged volume appears to fall steeply after June. Of course, the Global Re-Financing to make them debt-free may include adjusted terms and counterparties for the hedges. Have you seen the proposed consolidation at Vast today? | jtidsbadly
14/2/2024 10:16 | What a surprise to see g2thery ramping this pile of underperforming lifestyle pish huh. | terminator101
14/2/2024 07:52 | Gas has fallen off a cliff again I see. Only a few days now until the latest deadline to complete the loan to get completely out of debt to replace the Bridge Loan Too Far and the Loan They Didn't Need, Until They Did plus all the other commitments. I rather suspect non-related party shareholders are going to get scewed over, yet again, one way or another. | 1347
09/2/2024 14:40 | Sell, sell, sell. | ken chung
08/2/2024 20:55 | I couldn't agree more.. I just feel there is something bad coming on the horizon :-/ the markets seem to be in overdrive ... bar China ... but I'd say US banking is going to kick it off.. seeing China's property market can't :o | g2theary
08/2/2024 16:28 | There's a lot of nice punts around at the moment ;-) GL SR | stockriser

08/2/2024 09:13 | HITS: I see you’re being poked by one of the jayhawker mugs, an irritating one. He’s a nice green box on my chat page, along with one other who’s not apparently been on for ages (I do check occasionally). You can’t beat these people by engaging with them, just by being proved right. You sold at 1.10p, he’s been buying more all the way down, it seems. You’re right, he’s wrong. It’s not surprising that he’s chosen you to target. You know what to do. | jtidsbadly
08/2/2024 06:46 | Sell, sell, sell. | ken chung
05/2/2024 22:36 | 1347: I suspect that the answer to your unasked questions re storage etc. is that it may well be an economic option for a well-capitalised company with cash or access to sensibly-priced money, but less so for a company in Anguish’s position. They’re way too small to raise the sums required in the equity market. | jtidsbadly
05/2/2024 20:37 | JT As I've said multiple times, whatever value there was in Poundland has been salami slice away to related parties, insiders and creditors. I also used the word contrived and I stand by that. As for the jayhawkers and fellow travellers, well, as two artists once sang: "A man sees what he wants to see and he disregards the rest". Pointless to have discourse with them really. The only thing that isn't quantifiable (by me anyway as I haven't even bothered trying to run any calcs on it) is what value there may be in Poundland as storage, gas and/or hydrogen. Weren't Anguish going to tell shareholders all about their plans by the end of 2023? Same old, same old. | 1347
05/2/2024 19:28 | 1347: if shareholders in this can’t see that having paid off the outstanding loans and the money they owe Mr. Forrest, and the fees that are looming on the re-financing, and the payment to Mercuria for the remaining monthly forward contracts, and the money that will go to Mercuria from their 8% royalty, and the forward contracts that Trafigura will require, there’s going to be no money left to drill another well or even to buy another compressor, without further equity issues, they should hand over their money to a monkey to manage. | jtidsbadly
05/2/2024 19:11 | JT Yes there are variations on the theme but basically 'erbert was bought in to arrange all this I reckon, however it ends up playing out. There's a few more twists and turns on Snake Pass to go yet, but the old Anguish Energy bus is getting towards the end of it's journey I'd say. | 1347
05/2/2024 17:54 | 1347: that’s if Aleph and co would sell their shares at this price. I don’t know why they would. If Trafigura feel that ‘erbert may be able, after the example set by the likes of UKOG, to keep issuing more shares and seeing mug punters mop them up like good little imbeciles, they may calculate that they, Trafigura, will take all the earnings in the form of interest and fees, while the cost of running the business is borne by the mugs. Then they can exercise whatever rights the Global Re-financing (which the mugs won’t know about because they’re too lazy to look at the terms) bestows on them and take it over once the gas is out, for the storage. Even so, I’m not convinced by the value of the collateral against a £20mm. loan. Coincidentally, that’s the sum that ‘erbert’ | jtidsbadly
05/2/2024 16:32 | There would be little point Trafigura lending £20 m, they could get the whole company for less than that, MCAP now is just £15m. That way they get 100% of any earnings and ownership of the processing and storage site. | 1347
05/2/2024 15:26 | 1347: yes, it could come quite soon. I think the statement that there will be no more monthly investor questions tends to support this view too. They can’t keep answering direct questions with prevarication if the denouement is near. | jtidsbadly
05/2/2024 15:19 | Fat Frank didn't stay long. | bionicdog
05/2/2024 15:00 | So the blue line is the floor where 'erbert set the price and the company brokers and MMs duly obliged. It's still sloping down, it will be through to the cellar soon. Equity wipeout coming I reckon, one way or another. | 1347
05/2/2024 12:28 | I always wonder why the thread is called "New Angus Charts and News" , yet there are no charts. Were they removed when looking at them started to cause discomfort? | bionicdog
05/2/2024 12:23 | Yep, who knows in these markets :-0 GL SR | stockriser
05/2/2024 12:16 | Stockriser: thanks for this correction. I missed that. I think it should break down through that price soon. | jtidsbadly
05/2/2024 11:44 | JTidsbadly - Actually 17/18th Mar 2020 (Pandemic Crash) it traded at 0.375p on both days. Could be near a bottom again now though ;-) GL SR | stockriser
05/2/2024 10:53 | Traded at 0.377 this morning, an all-time low. | jtidsbadly |
