You think it's good news. Then again , you also thought that VAST was a great investment.

1347: you won’t be surprised that I agree. Anguish are between a rock and a hard place with their trousers round their knees. Trafigura surely can’t be expected to accept worse terms than Aleph enjoyed, particularly in view of the much worse position that Anguish are in now, even than last summer. Lower gas prices, declining gas flow, a depleting field requiring more large capital spending. Mercuria with all the cards and the royalty in their hands. I think you and I have suggested that Anguish has had no real footing in any of the debt negotiations since they announced they were trying to borrow the £12mm. they didn’t need. Poundland was always a pig in a poke, its present status won’t surprise Wingas one bit. Mr. Forrest did a wonderful deal for himself. Even if there’s value in the field for storage, Anguish shareholders won’t see any of it. A pity the charming, noble but amateurish Lucan had to surrender the Pen Holder role to the dull, grey, characterless Trappist monk who currently occupies the position. It would have been more fun with him. Anguish has gone from a slightly damp Roman candle to a very wet squib.

JT No it's worse than a rigged casino, at least then you know the odds.

I always felt the Bridge Loan Too Far was, well too far, which is why I named it as such. Dialling down the floor price on the Nijmegen loan at 1.00 p and then allowing Kemexon to convert below it and re-pricing the Warrants downwards was confirmation to me that 'erbert was no better than the previous incumbent and was here to facilitate a low ball takeover or a de-listing or both, one way or another. Having got away with that ruse once he then used the same technique and dialled it down to 0.4p.

So now Anguish Energy is between a rock and a hard place. Either accept what Trafigura have tabled, whatever that may be, or allow a conversion of the Bridge Loan Too Far at rock bottom prices. I rather suspect non-preferential shareholders will get wiped out either way, possibly a suspension or delisting may follow, I mean why would Trafigura or Aleph need to keep it a Plc? As you know I've been suspicious of Aleph right from the beginning.

Impossible to know how it will play out exactly but I feel we are finally coming to the last couple of twists and turns on Snake Pass.

1347: if it doesn’t arrive by 4.45-ish, I dare say tomorrow or shortly thereafter the Board of Angus will be pleased to announce that it wasn’t possible to reach agreement with their creditors. The natural result should be a suspension but you never know with AIM, do you? Perhaps there will be a favourable RNS in the next two hours or so..

Gone to the wire as expected and I expect the RNS when 'erbert eventually has to put one out won't be a nice one for 'non-preferential' shareholders.

Your pseudo intellectual back and forth banter (we all know you are same person), what what, is disingenuous to the extreme. You don't hold, so why do you waste your breath on these threads.

You worry me.

Fat Frank: Vast and Anguish bear certain similarities, that’s why I mention Vast here. They both need urgently to re-finance debt that they can’t afford to repay. The deadline for Anguish is next Monday, for Vast it’s 29 February. Vast has just suggested its preferred way out of its problems to its shareholders but it really has no other options. The price reaction to today’s RNS doesn’t get near to recognising the severity of its shareholders’ position.

Yes JT I know I've noticed your 'friend'. Yes I reckon the Diamonds are long gone and Vast would be a cash shell without any cash, but this is all best discussed on the Vast BB, even in Oz.

1347: my friend who calls himself OofyProsser has been active on the Vast Kansas site from time to time, making himself unpopular with his scepticism over Mrs. Mugabe’s ability to resist a parcel of diamonds going spare for years on a shelf at the RBZ. There’s a lot of mugs on that site. Yes, it looks like a wipeout for them, or a cash shell! Who’s the cash shell expert?

JT Clearly they struggle to sustain production above 7 mmscf/d for any length of time and with the current price of gas neither they nor Mercuria will be making a great deal, although Mercuria will have hardly any costs. I see the loan is going to the wire, as expected, and the VWAP is where 'erbert dialed it.

Yes Vast equity wipeout, same thing will happen here, just the technique is different. You should join in the Vast BB, it's as amusing as this one used to be, but even the rampers have given up here, which kind of gives the game away. I still wonder who some of them worked for.
