JA51: yes, quite. It should have been a rights issue but they’re more time consuming and expensive. They need this money now. Any updates on holdings will be very interesting! Presumably if Knowe and Jonathan have maintained their % interests, they won’t have to declare it! Knowe have been very nice to Anguish, haven’t they? 4% interest even on a convertible always looked too low. Hardly anyone on the other site knows how to look at a company's accounts. Gkb is like Eeyore at the moment, I don’t think he can believe he’s still allowed on the site. Do you get suspended in the same way if you’re a paying member?

Yes you do have to laugh at some postings on the other site

2 have posted previously about taking legal action, The one with many names being quite reserved and all failing to notice that Knowle also have a £1.4 million CLN to add to the pile.

Interesting that JTP will now disappear from the holder's list....unless he was one of the lucky ones in the mate's rates club.

The lack of questions relating to this over there is truly shocking.

Pi's totally shafted and only Yanis a little bit upset!!..... Its almost like some have Stockholm syndrome!

GGP results are again off the scale. Sorry for going off topic but had it not been for GGP and the amount I have lost being invested in this sham I don't know where I'd be now!

CQ: someone I’ve not seen before on the other site has actually written a precisely correct post - at last!

Yes, There’s a lot of comical posts over there. It’s been an amusing evening. They seem mostly still to expect the £12mm. loan next month! Hee hee.

A much smaller loan, to match what they've just raised in equity, may still be on the cards, and may be spun as positive for the outlook. But this new chap is right. They’re lurching from placing to placing to keep the Wolf from the door. Think how they'd love to have £6mm. in the Anguish bank account! Bonuses all round. Club memberships paid for. “Malcy” will be impressed. Whether they’ll ever pipe any gas is another matter.

Yanis: "If more money is what they wanted (for what ever non-prudent reason, £12 million is coming for SF) why not wait another week or so and place higher?
Hard to digest."

Had to cut & paste this classic comment from the usually uber Yanis over on LSE.

Well... if I were a guessing man... I would say you've already answered your own question there... the loan IS NOT COMING! - hence the less than desirable second option of YET ANOTHER placing!

IMHO of course...

CQ ;-)

This is quite a large placing. Will Knowe and the mystery buyer have to update their % holdings tomorrow? They've been severely diluted today, unless they participated in the placing. I imagine Knowe won’t have participated. The mystery buyer’s update will be interesting. Has he participated? Has he sold part of his holding? Has he bought more in the market? His actions will be important for the share price.

On the other site, they’re totally clueless.

Of course, it would only take another RNS tomorrow with an 11% stake by the mystery buyer, and the share price will go up enough to justify the exercise of the 1.2p warrants. Anguish would then be close to the £3mm in equity, which may enable them to borrow a similar amount, as I suggested yesterday.. it wouldn’t make it an attractive proposition but it would push the shares higher, short term.

So us so-called "STALE BULLS" called it correctly yet again!

The cheerleader rampathon over on LSE was a classic pump & dump and has been for a few weeks now. Aiming to get the share price over the line, then drop the dilution placing news and kick the can on the loan agreement... which will probably never materialize anyway and certainly not in any form that will benefit shareholders.

This management NEVER changes & never will.

CQ ;-)

Well, it really should have been a rights issue, at this kind of discount and with a free issue of warrants. I wonder who they've gone to. I’d be resentful myself, if I held the shares.

I imagine they’ve been told by the new boys that the old boys were right - there’s no interest in lending more than a small fraction of £12mm. - better get your ducks in a row, chaps. They’re not going to be ordering all the kit with such a small cushion, are they? Not with that invoice from the wine merchant. What? What? Frightful bore, tradesmen.

This appears to be an outstanding sell. If I ever shorted stocks, I’d short this.

Hi jT .. The placees can sell all their shares today and keep their warrants to use in the future when the share price is above the placing price.

If the placees sell their shares, are the warrants attached to them or do the placees retain them? If the latter, it’s a pretty good deal for them and the poor shareholders are getting royally stuffed. There won’t be a market in the warrants, will there? Hardly. Expect a reasonably rapid sale of the placing shares!

I sense a hint of resentment creeping in on the other site! It looks like an outstanding sell, doesn't it?

“Haw haw, that’s another six months in the bag, chaps! Bumpers all round! What? I mean to say! Now, what shall I tell’em next month. Hmmm... Still never mind, these shareholders will believe anything! Haw haw!”

“I was going to say All’s Well That Ends Well, but something tells me it’s been said before. I wish I could think of by whom. In any case, it’s really more of a Comedy of Errors. Hmm.”

The statement includes the following:

“We will be following with a comprehensive presentation to shareholders on the strategy, prospects and opportunities of the Company during the course of February and an investor call in the days following."

Is his timetable announced on Monday slipping already? By the way, with 916mm shares now (plus options conversions to come in the event that the shares go up a bit) that’s about a 125% rise in the no. issued since the current (permanent?) MD. was appointed.

At least there doesn’t appear to be any mention of a “working capital buffer”. Perhaps he’s got some shame, after all.

That’s 3 out of three that we’ve predicted, with a margin each time of about two weeks. Research, not rumour. I wonder what Odious is posting?
