22/2/2021 21:52 | Ja51: what impressed me was this: “a conditional Mandate Letter, for between £8 and £9 million toward the proposed £12 million Saltfleetby Equipment Finance and Field Development Loan Facility from a major multi-national institution So after 12 months of looking for a major bank that might lend them less than £20mm., the finance expert at the interim helm of Anguish has at last found one! Excellent. Well done. Those contacts from 30 years in banking have come in very handy. What? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2021 21:45 | What exactly does this mean? "The Company has also been informed of indications and soft commitments" We were having a schooner of port at the club, and Bunny double-barreled was talking to Lord Snodgrass who heard from scruffy hopscotch that he met an American who had actually once visited Saltfleetby......Wel | ja51oiler
22/2/2021 21:43 | Surely Anguish Energy and make a success for once? I'm not sure about that and please stop calling me Shirley! | chickndinner
22/2/2021 20:50 | If any of you old skool holders and newbies think you are ever going to make a profit in Angish Lethargy then get to the back of the line because those in the know are chomping at the bit and slicing at every single little rise! | chickndinner
22/2/2021 19:45 | ...and we could call that little fat bearded, burbling chap with the frightful suits, get him to talk us up, what? The dim oafs lap him up, what? Hang on his every word. Good show. | jtidsbadly
22/2/2021 19:40 | “I say old chap. I’ve just dreamed up the most bang-up wheeze. Bung us the old decanter won’t you, what? You know that cash we had to pinch from the Lidsey what’saname last month to pay that dashed contractor chap? Well, why don’t we redo the what’s it called on Lidsey - you know, that stuff rolled up in the bottom of that filing cabinet - and claim we’ve spotted lots more oil? What, what? i mean to say.. topping scheme, what? The hopelessly dim oafs on that what d’you call it will lap it up, what? Absolutely. Do wonders for the old share price, don’t you know? Can’t go wrong, what? Eh, what? Haw haw. Frightfully good drop this, old chap”. | jtidsbadly

22/2/2021 17:57 | It stinks! | chickndinner
22/2/2021 17:55 | Spot on as Lucan never ever produces what he says is going to happen, hang in there whilst he collects his salary......laughabl | dunkirk1016
22/2/2021 17:50 | chickndinner: I think the respective Balcombe and Lidsey RNS’s qualify as pumps, don't they? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2021 17:50 | It is almost as if they have mislead investors. Oops, better check up on something. | wolfofthewoods
22/2/2021 17:37 | So from this morning's RNS and no mention of ongoing works at thier flagship prospect at Saltfleetby are we to assume that all tools are down unless they can raise the 12mm? Surely they would have been pumping this if it was not the case? | chickndinner
22/2/2021 17:29 | So a Shix Sandwich of RNS,S then.....Only the bread is moldy as well. The 1st was as good as pointless. The second was worrying for any Long Term Holder to say the least. The third is complete and utter tosh! This has panic stations written all over it. They even managed to make a complete ball up on the funding RNS!! At least they didn't get the wrong month on this one though. The Lidsey Presentation is just re-hashed tripe saying we think we got it wrong and we need £3 or £4 Million from a third party......I'm sure Brcckam Capital would happily sell their 10% looking at their Company house accounts! And then their is the slight issue with the Water injection of course. It's very strange there hasn't been a mention anywhere regarding the apparent stop of works on the pipeline? Are they not concerned about this on the other site? | ja51oiler
22/2/2021 17:15 | chickndinner: James II had 18mm. shares but his % was diluted by placings. He said he bought some more this morning. Wolfofthewoods: no oil but a nice ring fenced abandonment reserve. I wonder if this is a retrospective move, justifying their spending of the reserve already on the overspend on the Poundland pipeline. They’re not going to do anything at Lidsey, are they? The plump Australian philanthropist will be cross that he didn’t check the seismic!! Ho Ho. Is Brockham next? “Malcy” is impressed: “I’m not surprised to see that George Lucas is ‘very pleased’ with regard to this news about the loan funding, it is massively oversubscribed if anything like all these interested parties stay involved and he gets a potential funder for the geothermal projects as well as someone to provide hedging services. The share price has yet to realise that this is good pretty much whatever the terms.” - A pity he can’t seem to get the interim MD’s name right. I dare say they’ll take advantage of the 3-month extension for the accounts and the AGM. We’d all like to know how much cash they had left at 30 September. Perhaps a delay in the AGM explains that EGM in November to increase the no. of authorised shares? | jtidsbadly
22/2/2021 16:45 | Its strange because I was told by Tidswell there was no oil at lidsey. Its almost as if someone lies. | wolfofthewoods
22/2/2021 16:36 | Oh. BTW. Has James the 2nd achieved his 3% yet? Looking forward to this TR1 | chickndinner
22/2/2021 16:33 | Mark. Still a penny. What's your next prediction. 4p anyone? | chickndinner |
