If it is an internal leak then I advise anyone who bought in on the last spike to SELL because there is massive dilution coming and the insiders are circling like vultures INMO!

There is a new thread over on the dark side! Leak. More like a gas leak from the unfinished gas pipes at Poundland!

Quite unpleasant weather in Lincolnshire today, a pity they’re not tweeting pictures of those chaps building a nice snowman. They’ve probably given Jacques Cousteau’s team a pink slip. They’ll be needing Chris Bonnington/Jean-Claude Killy instead soon.

Gallifreyan is attributing delays in the loan documentation to the virus! I suppose Zoom doesn't feature much in an Earl’s vocabulary.

JA51: I should think the Lidsey area residents would pooh-pooh that.

I haven't really done any research on it as it just sounds like a reason not to pay out on De-com costs.
The little I did read indicated that the weald assets aren't suitable due to the seismic activity in the area. Having visited Poundland £8million would require an awful lot of sprouts to be grown in those greenhouses. Its miles from anywhere for any other use.
Lidsey is right next door to a sewerage works, so there may be some use there I guess?

Have they found a permanent MD with oil and gas experience yet?

JA51: I’m wondering if the geo project, if any, is just a lot of greenhouses heated by the warmth extractable from the disused Poundland wells. The wells are not deep enough to do much more than heat exchange, as I understand it.

Q: what is the company’s present registered address?

Q: how are relations between Angus and Riverfort?

Q: will the annual Accounts for the year ending September 2020 be released in March, as usual, or will they be coordinated with those of SE?

How they intend to pay the £8 million loan for geo land, who actually regulates and approves any such project.

To relieve the boredom here, has anyone got any suggestions for the February Q&A ? How about these?

Is the company still looking for a permanent MD with some oil or gas experience?

What’s the plan if the new boys can’t raise the £12mm? How long will you give them if it’s not done by end-February? What does this mean for the forecast H1 2021 start of gas production?

Why is completion of the pipeline 100 days overdue? How much has the delay cost?

How much money do you expect to need to raise from shareholders this year? How much of the money raised in the two recent placings has been spent on meeting outstanding invoices, how much remains?

Are the Lidsey/Brockham abandonment reserves intact?

What is the latest estimate of the full cost of abandonment at Saltfleetby, including the pipeline, and what will be Angus’s share?

Is Frazer Lang still buying and what is his target %? Will he want a seat on the Board?

Cant be rejected. Little Jonny et al has too many shares. there will be some ruse to ensure that enough shares are gifted so that control can remain.

All in my new book, "Shaft, how to enrich yourself whilst being mprally bankrupt." It includes a section on how to be painted like a farm hand in Paris. Are we at 2.4p yet?

I think it’s sad when lockdown embitters people in this way. I suppose he misses life in Chiswick.

Re the options: they’re the closest corporate management get to a reward system comparable with aggressive investment funds. The last time I looked, new hedge fund managers got about two years to perform. If they lagged the market, they got the order of the boot. If they missed their targeted returns, they earned no performance fee (the element of their pay that equates to option awards). Not only that, but they had to make up the performance gap from previous years before they got a performance fee in succeeding years. It seems to me the same thing should apply here. Their options should be linked to the performance since they started, and they shouldn't get a penny until the share price has recovered to its record year-end high. Gallifreyan’s dismissive suggestion that these proposed options align the interests of management and shareholders is specious. Setting the bar lower and lower while the management fails abysmally year after year is ridiculous and the proposal should be rejected at the AGM.
