Still no info I have seen about the release date for the 2014 results.

Last year they came out on 13th. Feb.

Anyone know the date when APF will release last year's prelim results?

for gavapentin:- he did apparently once already write to the management in summer last year. Post number 6680 dated 29/8 refers. Very interesting to read that post again.

The shareholders got a bad deal out of these.
If the placing was 80p(is that right?)the shareholders got them at 80p too
but were not allowed to take the shares out of ISAs.
Do nor understand these people, they want your money yet they impose conditions
on what you can do.

Getting very unhappy with the management.
As always the ceo is getting massive incentives yet the price has not recover to the levels that when he took over.
How long before we see 200p or 300p or above or will it ever be able to get into the ftse 250?

No doubt will go above 150p by the end of the year with the expected royalties from Kestrel but my target breakeven is 300p.

In my opinion, that is a real flop.

Barely two-thirds of the Open Offer taken up by Qualifying Shareholders.

That's quite a sign in my opinion of lack of support by Qualifying Shareholders for the new shares on offer.

Open Offer money has been taken from my Halifax A/C.

The Open Offer is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 26th February 2015.

If you choose to participate in the Open Offer, the New shares are expected to be credited to accounts on 27th February 2015. These shares will not be available to sell until this time. If for any reason the Open Offer is not completed, any payment you have made will be returned and you will be notified.

Still can't trace the release date for the annual preliminary 2014 results.

Seems like investors are being invited to sign up for the Open Offer without the benefit of seeing last year's results beforehand.

Just argued with TD and said that the company does not allow it as per condition below

"Please be aware that the Sub Shares are not transferable and therefore the facility to take this Offer up outside of the TD ISA account is
unavailable"

My APF shares are in an ISA and I've already subscribed the max. I've been told that we can buy my new shares outside of an ISA - that's with Charles Stanley Direct (was Fastrade).

just been told that you can not buy the shares outside your ISA if you do not have enough funds in your ISA.
