There he is, boasting of how he sold at £2 , which must have been sometime last year and yet he still does copious postings on here apparently to help the poor suckers who are still on here since those days, complete fool., as if they want to hear anything from him, on something he got right, but who cares. And by the way, he makes plenty of losses, curently PTR altho he says the O & G sector is a gonner lol

The name of the game is to select winners and avoid losers. Far too many people don't have the brains for the second part of that equation.

We know the closing date of the Open Offer.

Can someone kindly tell me please the announcement date of the preliminary results for 2014.

Are the results before or after the closing date of the Open Offer?

Last year the annual prelims were released on 20th. February 2014.

As far as I know the only share happyman owns is Urals Energy (UEN). He holds 1m shares bought well in excess of the current price, some say at 15p (3p currently). So I wouldn't pay any attention to him. He generally doesn't like people posting bearishly, even when they are proved right. Which is a shame as he would have saved a lot of money at UEN if he had paid attention.

If he thinks that the Risk Factors applicable to this stock are not interesting and not important to investors, clearly another one who shouldn't be playing with shares.

-Management said they wanted to diversify. They have further concentrated assets.
-Management said repeatedly they were committed to the dividend policy. They just reduced it.
-Management forecast 43% of H2 production for 2014 Kestrel. Only 5% was mined.

Personally, I think it is strategically questionable in my view to double-up on coal with the new purchase.
Seems to me to be increasing the risk on this share rather than rebalancing it.

In my opinion this company will now be significantly overweight on Australian coal royalties. A lot of concentration of risk in my view, if not perhaps too much.

Well I will take up the open offer. They have had a shocking time, but management are prepared to put their money where their mouth is and I will follow their lead.

I sold my APF when it was over £2 and been bearish ever since, so hardly wrong about it?? Still no bottom here, the management are just guessing about the bottom of the cycle, same as everyone else. Neil Brown bought here when it was over 180p, so he has lost over 50%, I wouldn't listen to him. Unless you want to lose money.
