APF is now basically a play on Australian coal.

I have to say that the new management have not impressed me. First they have doubled up on the same resource in the same location when they were supposed to be diversifying and secondly there was the London Mining fiasco which they appear to prefer ignoring rather than facing up to.

I would suggest doing what I do: filter people who make a point of posting to tell us how unpleasant other posters are. What they're doing is at best totally pointless (if the person they say is unpleasant really is unpleasant, we're perfectly capable of seeing it for ourselves!) and at worst downright malicious... Either way, their posts are a total waste of space, and best treated that way.

Yes, it's conceivable that one will miss something useful they say about the company in amongst all the squabbling, but some prices are too high to pay for the chance of a useful comment, and wading through the squabbling is one of those prices IMHO - especially as any genuinely useful comment will probably end up being made elsewhere as well... A long list of "Filtered" comments is still a bit of a waste of time and effort, of course, but only a few seconds' worth!

A ceasefire will begin in eastern Ukraine on 15 February, the leaders of Russia and Ukraine have announced.

"We have managed to agree on the main issues," Russia's Vladimir Putin said after marathon talks with Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko, as well the leaders of France and Germany.

French President Francois Hollande said it was a "serious deal" but not everything had been agreed.

Thousands of people have been killed in the fighting in the east of Ukraine.

The meeting in Belarus - which began on Wednesday - was focused on securing a ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weapons and creating a demilitarised zone in Eastern Ukraine.

How can be a dilution if the shares have been paid with new money?
The new subscribers have paid already for the new shares with money.
The share placing was overscribed, so no chasing up institutions to Buy.
The shareholders will be entitled to a fraction at 80p a share.

The shareholder dilution impacts are interesting.

Qualifying Shareholders who take up their full entitlements under the Open Offer will suffer dilution of 18.2%

Those who don't and other shareholders will suffer dilution of c.31.5%.

the recent posts are intentional tactics by certain new posters to divert attention away from the Open Offer.

does anyone know yet when the Annual Results are coming out? Are the results due before of after potential subscribers have to commit new money?
