Thank you zangdook, I can put my cynicism back in the box for another day! :¬)

So is this window dressing to tick a box? At least thank goodness we are not having to feed ,passengers' to keep some unknown entity appeased.

mf, I'm underwater too, and yes this whole thing grinds away at one's nerves. Uncertainty is a destroyer of value, and radio silence compounds the uncertainty.

We do know that at a technical level AAZ is an excellent miner, it's the human relationship thing that they have not much bothered with, hence the current mess. Well our new bunch of talking heads suggests that AAZ is being brought to heel by some government department or other. I guess engineers don't do politics, and now they're getting a full education into where that gets you.

In the ground seems to make precious difference in the present climate. My average BUY works out at 110p so you can understand why I am not too optimistic. I am heavily into miners and know how long everything takes so i hope you are right and that we have some pleasant surprises. Lack of updates not helping my mindset?

mf, plainly the company has to mind it's P&Q's For whatever reasons AAZ is being put in it's place, and being reminded of whom it owes deference to. Perhaps behind the scenes someone in AAZ a while back got a bit uppity?

On the plus side AAZ has access to bank lending, and Caterpillar must have done due diligence before supplying all that expensive new equipment.

Look on the bright side, we might simultaneously get the boot taken off our neck, and learn of more rapid mine progress and richer seams being found.

In the meantime I see copper pushing at $4,lb, thus in ground assets are increasing against the dodgy dollar.

You may be right TERROPOL but this is no way to treat what was formerly a profitable and respected company. Also we know nothing and what other hindrances are in the cupboard? is that all the company have to tell us. i am feeling like a mushroom.

that tip was 18th Sept 23 I think, since then the price has almost halved before a recent bounce,,,, timing is so difficult when it comes to these things...

Midas verdict: Atome is at the forefront of the green fertiliser sector and supporters believe the shares should soar to more than £2 in the next year or two. At 82.5p, the stock is a buy.

can't help myself, but, to comment :-) LOL :-)

the TD wall raise permission is now way, way more than simply a wall raise,,,

it's now seen as effectively a new license for AAZ to continue to operate in AZER.........

and therefore, it's no wonder the share price is falling and people's nerves are fraying !!!

BUT, once granted,,, blimey,, share price should climb very fast on very little buying pressure I would think,,, all based upon my vast experience at this game LOL LOL :-)

GLA LTH's

Cheers
Wan :-)

NO more AAZ comments from me today, I promise!!!

Michaelfenton,

Keep your faith, we must be very close to kicking on with a new chapter in AAZs book.
The company will have plenty ore accumulated ready to process as soon as we get the rubber stamp. The news today must be part of it. I am guessing is political paperwork being addressed.
Can`t be much longer now.

lefrene AAZ used to be a well run and profitable miner. Now what would you call us? We have been highjacked and now appear as far as we can tell to be rudderless? Are we still mining or just racking/wrecking up losses? We used to have the wheel and now we seem to be rudderless?
