Well I’ve took some MUX off the table, must be Bumpa and others wearing off on me.

Btw what’s all this fuss about HR Kate and why edit pictures anyway; the world really is bizarre at times, like do most care anyway? Maybe I’m missing something here.

Bozzy I reckon I could do better at Cheltenham (just), than trying to pick a trade with FXPO right now; looks a gamblers punt.

I was a keen holder of FXPO, when they paid a 20-25% divi yield! Then Putin happened. FXPO is under attack from both Russia (front line less than 100 miles away) and Ukraine (corrupt system trying to steal the company). Really can't see a happy ending due to that.

FXPO should bounce at some point, but who knows where, the drop looks too savage but I’m not in any rush to catch that knife.

What concerns me more is the chart for Brent.

Thsat peak in March 2022 of US$131/barrel may prove to be the Left side of a big Cup & Handle pattern.

If that is what plays out and US$73 is the bottom of the Cup then we could see Brent at $189 in 18-4 months time & that really would kill off the global economy.

MTL Still in a very clear uptrend .. .some consolidation around the round number (4p) inevitable.
Still loooks very cheap to me and so I am leaving mine to run as there are some other catalysts due this year to help it move on.

Several articles podcasts over the weekend indicating that Gold ETF's are still witnesssing investors selling up and (likely in favour of bitcoin) therefore the recent Gold price rise not due to 'retail'.

As/when retaill stops chasing Bitcoin, may well then be a switch back into Gold ETF's to help keep Gold elevated well above the $2,000 level.

Jeanesy it’s a bit of a conundrum for me, as Bumpa rightly said the other week, I like to let my winners ride a bit; loosely translated is more buy and hold. Sod’s Law I cash in half of GROY because I’m doubtful the Gold price will stick and it’s gone on another 6/7%.

Now facing exactly the same dilemma with MUX; normally I’d let them ride but having been underwater awhile, it feels too tempting to not bank in current markets, when everything suggests mining stocks are due a rip up!

At least MTL had a big rise! ALTN is just down on a higher gold price...

Agree totally RB. Look at MTL for example today . Taken a 10% hit after recent rises.

I have been keeping an eye on EML taking an occasional trade its a painfully slow process avoiding bribes in Morocco is my reading of it. My reading of the RNS is that those at the top of the food chain who have delusions of having no bribery in their country, a few Arab states seem to believe this just now, have told those at a local level to approve it subject to a few changes to save face. Could be very wrong mind you as its byzantine over there but it looks like progress of some sort and perhaps a mine maybe built at some point.

GCM has had a very good rise into this news, spike followed by sell off?

Raised 500k back in Feb, at 1.65p - WHI. Needs further funding.
