I agree with Riggerbeautz, people will always find a way to bypass totalitarian control.

On a completely different Note I see that Adam Harry of Kefi has once again stuffed his shareholders.

Wan what’s the charts saying about GROY, any gaps, I’m thinking of cashing a few in now nicely in profit, but also tempted to ride my luck being greedy. That’s my hmmm for the day, do I twist around the open or close a bit or stick another day.

Pogue whatever I say, I’m certain wont stop your belief that will happen. My only comment would be there are numismatic attractions that would bypass physical constraints, you only have to look at what has and continues to be pumped out of South Wales; so many series and different designs, it’s hard to keep up.

Could get into the barter discussions but it won’t shift your view, it does happen though and physical is traded offline already to reasonable values too, though banks are getting more nosey and intrusive in the name of protecting clients, yeah right!

Then there’s loads of articles out there about sovereign’s, how the British army issue to special op’s in the field or tales of holding during inflationary busts suffered by wars, conflicts etc, but you’ll counter me all day long, so I’ve not got the stomach for the fight or to convert you to my way of thinking :) so I’ll just say, we’ll have to see, I’m not looking for an argument and I’ve long stopped preaching.

My guess MF, the company is being reminded of it's position in the world!

In the circumstances the delay does appear to be some sort of punishment for a crime they did not commit?

To my mind the same thing gutterhead. Just needs a nod from the same person that closed the mine down, but that nod is not happening for no apparent reason. Sends very much the wrong message if the country seeks inward investment. Is some apparatchik looking for an inducement?

It’s no longer being withheld.
It’s in the process of being approved

At least gold continues to head North. The unknown is, why is AAZ being punished by the witholding of dam permissions?

I agree but what is to stop government banning holding gold? Digital currency is all about controlling people's spending, and effectively lives, to a minute level. For instance they will be able to apply negative interest rates to force some people to spend and positive to others. So why would they allow people the ability to trade outside the financial straightjacket with gold? Its a backdoor they will close.

good luck AiE,, although, I can't help but feel AAZ will be into the 40's or even 30's very quickly,, and, on very little selling pressure/volume now,,, tis the nature of the beast, as we all know,,, it doesn't take much to move the share price around big time.... fingers crossed we get a positive TD outcome soon,,, GLA Cheers Wan :-)

Pogue could see that scenario, all of which suggests another reason for holding gold, would be good for any asset diversification part of a wealth protection or call it insurance if you prefer.

I cannot see the West adopting the gold standard as they physically cannot, they dont have anywhere near the gold they would need to do that. It would effectively bankrupt them. They will come up with a cunning plan of some sort that I have yet to figure out but it involves central bank digital currency that's all that is obvious.

RB
yes the creditors will and the BRICs will set up their own currency with the gold backed yuan being the favorite I suggest which will make importing goods from China very expensive if you have to pay in Yuan. Oil wont be cheap either as Saudi will take OPEC into that alliance, but then you see part of the reason to go green in such a hurry.

Good morning all.
Wan that is another EEE gap for you to keep an eye on !
Well if they can extract the titanium by acid leeching that will be a very cheap way of extracting it.

In the meantime AAZ shareprice has started it's decline.
The Azari government is certainly taking it's time to give any response to the TD scenario!!

Yes agree 1h,it is the news the market needed,an abundance of easy to process low cost ore.
Let's hope there's enough interest to get the share price moving.
