01/3/2024 09:35 | Just frustrated at the situation becuse I can just imagine how the bureacrats and lawyers are dragging it out & tht is such a waste of time, money and effort for folk who just want to get on with things ... it's not a situation unique to AAZ. Life & business generally teaches you to stay clear of lawyers & bureacrats for these very reasons | ![]() mattjos
01/3/2024 09:29 | Matt, I have never seen you rant like this! You must be as worried and frustrated as me. I cling to statements made, that appear to imply an eventual satisfactory conclusion. In the meantime, break even would be one hell of a result, until flotation re-starts. Q2 so we were told by Reza. | ![]() digger18
01/3/2024 08:56 | Morning all, oil play that might finally reward its long suffering share holders.Tethys petroleum listed on the Canadian venture exchange. Used to have main lse listing. Huge acreage in Kazakhstan with decent reserves. Long story short after over 10 years of struggling to keep the lights on, fighting corruption and trying to bore shareholders into selling, the company is imminently awaiting field development approval and a route to work markets for their oil should follow. Also the board are seeking a listing on the nyse as operations improve. Still a risky play, but once approval comes could be a juicy takeover target. Most lth need around $5 to break even currently $1cad to buy. Volume and share price on the rise last week or so in anticipation of approval. DYOR NAI. | wrighty46
01/3/2024 08:23 | cmb, this game is fear & greed as you know,,, so when I talk of fear, please do not fear for me or my state of mind,, I do greatly appreciate that you are genuinely concerned for me and I do appreciate that,,, but, please, rest assured that I am not fearing the fear,,, but, simply identifying the fear factors in the game,,, it's all part of it and it has to be recognised, assessed and a risk level attached to it... right now,,, my AAZ fear factor is the highest it's ever been, even higher than when war broke out,,, but, that does not mean I am experiencing any personal problems, it simply means that the risk to AAZ's future, to me, is going up, as time goes by!!! we are in the hands of the AZER President as far as I can see!!! fingers crossed he's still behind AAZ & the management :-) Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/3/2024 08:12 | without a TD who'd buy it jeanesy!? all AZERPres has to do is allow time to elapse, time is on his side, not ours I'm afraid,,,, Azer state-owned gold mining company AzerGold, could be handed it on a plate!! IF that's what he wants to do!! Sure, it would not look good to other investors in AZER etc etc,,, but, it could be dressed up in statements damning AAZ's environmental record etc etc... time would pass and the whole thing would be soon forgotten,,, AAZ gone & AG running the mines without question from the locals etc etc... I have voiced this here before as it's always been my very worst fear (other than black swans, war, earthquake etc etc)... I just hope, fingers crossed,, I am 1000% wrong in this nagging gut feeling I have growing inside of me!!! Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi

01/3/2024 08:01 | I am beginning to think that they best thing all round is for us all is for AAZ to sell up to the highest bidder and be done . | ![]() jeanesy
01/3/2024 07:27 | Where there's a will there's a way Mj,,, AAZ has one,, does AZERPres have one in regard to AAZ,, or does he see a different future for those mines!!?? | wanobi

01/3/2024 07:02 | 1 March 2024 MOLECULAR ENERGIES PLC ("Molecular" or the "Company") Update on Corporate and Trading Matters Molecular Energies (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, provides an update on corporate and trading matters. Key Points: · Tapir x-1 exploration well, Paraguay, suspended. Participants reviewing next steps · Positive cash receipts from Argentina continue · Strategic developments with regards to Green House Capital Group including receipt of UK government EIS advance assurance · Sustainable Aviation Fuel studies progress TAPIR X-1 The Paraguay exploration well Tapir x-1 has been suspended due to tough drilling conditions without reaching the target zone. The drilling rig has been retained on site pending further decision by the participants, taking into account the risk-reward ratio of the well. Further information will be provided at the relevant time subject to confidentiality and regulatory restrictions. Investors are reminded that this was frontier exploration with an estimated 17% chance of success. ARGENTINA CONTINUES POSITIVE CASH CONTRIBUTION Molecular is pleased to announce that President Petroleum S.A., the former subsidiary of Molecular, has continued to pay down the US$13 million of debt due to Molecular. Approximately US$1.28 million has now been paid down within the last four months and expectations are that funds will continue to flow. GREEN HOUSE CAPITAL GROUP ("GHC") Significant progress has been made in relation to GHC, which will be subject to a separate announcement early next week. GHC has been granted EIS advance assurance by HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") in relation to the UK government's EIS scheme. Based on the receipt of EIS advance assurance, the directors of GHC also believe that a prospective investment in GHC should constitute a 'qualifying holding' for a Venture Capital Trust ("VCT"). SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL ("SAF") As previously announced, studies commenced with Aecom, the worldwide engineering consultancy, to investigate the feasibility of Molecular moving into the business of SAF. These studies continue to progress before any final decisions are made. The skill set of Molecular, its management and its related parties as well as its knowledge of multi-lateral funders and institutions supportive in principle of SAF projects, place Molecular in a beneficial position should the results of the feasibility studies prove positive. SAF has a captive, permanent and increasing future offtake market as airlines around the world have committed to increase the use of this product. Production is a complex process and requires a substantial investment. Further updates will be made in due course. ATOME PLC Molecular notes the progress of Atome and the Board remains of the view that Molecular's investment in Atome will generate substantial shareholder value for Molecular shareholders in future. Peter Levine, Chair, commented: "The result of the Tapir x-1 well, whilst disappointing, is not surprising given it is the frontier exploration. Sometimes it is the better decision in tough drilling conditions to make a bold resolution to suspend rather than continuing in escalating cumulative down hole issues, especially taking into account the risk-reward ratio. "The progress being made in Green House is promising, as is the continued cash flow coming from the previously disposed Argentine business. This bodes well for the future and complete collection of the US$13 million intercompany debt." | ![]() all in eol

29/2/2024 09:43 | EEE - Shaun Bunn, Managing Director, said: "I am delighted to announce that we have commenced drilling the first of the next four diamond core holes we have planned for Pitfield. The diamond core drilling, the second campaign of diamond drilling at Pitfield, represents the start of a major project development push, aimed at providing key samples for mineralogical and metallurgical characterisation, with a view to establishing an economic processing route to produce high-value products. "The diamond core holes are focussed in areas of known titanium-enriched mineralisation, based on the results of our previous drilling campaigns, and the information we will gain from these four, 200m deep, drill cores will be invaluable in terms of increasing our understanding of the nature of the titanium minerals and their metallurgical characteristics." Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
29/2/2024 09:41 | How low can AVCT go? Took a quick trade at the bell but didn't like the price action, so it was cashed for a few hundred pounds profit. I feel this could go lower. It's disappointing for the long-term sufferers/holders | ![]() master investor
29/2/2024 09:05 | More important we should get go ahead to start the Wall raise any day and start the agitation at same time, the company should have ore ready to load having had all this time to prepare for the restart. Gilar should be advancing at pace, it will be great to see the company processing decent grades. The weather will also start warming up improving the present HL operation. We know the company can run a tight budget, that should help us going forward. We are also due some news on Dimirli. | ![]() terropol |
