Clean Power Hydrogen plc
("CPH2", the "Company" or the "Group")

Operational Update

Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM: CPH2), the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing group that has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser ("MFE"), is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its functional test of the Programme Logic Control ("PLC") of the MFE110 for Northern Ireland Water. The PLC represents the coded programme which automatically operates the MFE110 including shutdown, an important safety feature which originally caused the pausing of the MFE110 Factory Acceptance Test ("FAT") in November 2023.

The successful test was witnessed by Lagan MEICA Limited, the Contractor to Northern Ireland Water, and means the Factory Acceptance Test can progress to the final stages.

A Factory Acceptance Test will be the first customer acceptance and validation of CPH2's scaled electrolyser technology marking a significant milestone in the Company's journey. The PLC can also be used for the Company's 1MW system, the MFE220 which is the Company's flagship product.

Jon Duffy, CEO of Clean Power Hydrogen commented:

"The successful test of the Programme Logic Control allowing for fully automated operation, signifies an important part of the MFE110's journey to commercial production of hydrogen and medical grade oxygen. While the pausing of the FAT test in November 2023 due to issues regarding the shutdown mechanism were disappointing, I am extremely proud of the team for re-evaluating the important safety shut down measures, and successfully finding a solution which has put us back on track to completing the MFE110 for our customers in the very near-term future."

Think the market has missed this one? Is the sole focus really on the tailings dam and everything else is a side show?

with Frank Giustra now corner-stone investor in Libero, it's profile will have beeen raised immesurably.
There is clearly something significant going on there and only a small fractin of it has become apparent

This recent brief dip below $2,000 for Gold price may have been the last one.
BTFP is due to end in three weeeks time on 11th March

The Weekly Gold price chart shows the price has been turned back each time it has hit the $2,075 level since August 2020.

With rising support now seemingly at $2,000 and a $2,075 ceiling, it is surely now just a relatively short time before we see that ceiling crumble.
There is likely a lot of pent up energy now in the Gold price and once it does finally breakout, it could well see a signiciant rise towards the $2,500 region.

I doubt Azerbaijan would do anything more than skirmishes against the territory of Armenia proper because Armenia still has a mutual defence pact with Russia and even if the Russians didn't do anything they would be annoyed.

An Armenian posting on the CGEO board yesterday seemed pretty sanguine about the prospect - any conflict would be in the south and remain localised.

Yes, you've fleshed out my thinking a little on the divi prospects.

"perhaps something in H2-2025".

I also think this is possible but baulk at probable.

If Demirli gets producing fully again, say early 2025, that would boost the earnings soon enough for the October divi, though i can't see that there won't be significant CAPEX to get it back 100%.

Absent Demirli, i'm thinking that the best net cashflow AAZ ever generated was about $40mn-pa a few years back. The plant was maxed out then and since - until this debacle.
While Gilar [+zinc circuit] may, all going very well, see the peak OPERATIONAL cashflow surpassed a tad, will this arrive soon enough + the net cashflow be even close to $40mn-pa?

Thing is, AAZ is shifting from its one, steady state, plant model to a multi-plant model, fed by multi mines.
Going through 2025 and 26, that will be [going by the Strategic Plan] when the heavy mine development [tho not that heavy for open pit] PLUS the new adjacent plant costs hit the tab......
Soak up at least $20mn; could be more.
+ what about infrastructure - esp. water - and waste facility?

It could be that AAZ slows down a tad v it's Strategic Plan schedule, in terms of Xaxar.....
If it does that and defers cash burn / debt raise, then i guess there will be sufficient $$$$$ already in the tin to fund a covered divi for October 25.
But why will they hold back?
Indeed, they may commence Garadagh development asap and that's a Biggie, like Xarxar * 3.

One way of looking at this is that [Azergov willing] AAZ is shifting from a steady state, cash-cow, divi beast to a growth model one.

Accepted, if Demirli does come really good, AAZ could [AzerGov willing] enjoy the best of both these.

Azerbaijan is planning a "full-scale war" against Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan warned Thursday, two days after a skirmish on their border left four Armenian troops dead.

Tensions between the two Caucasus neighbours have remained high since Baku re-captured the Armenian-populated region of Nagorno-Karabakh last September in a lightning military offensive.

"Our analysis shows that Azerbaijan wants to launch military action in some parts of the border with the prospect of turning military escalation into a full-scale war against Armenia," Pashinyan said at a government meeting.

Excellent work. The standard of the JORC reports coming from Steve & his team and contractors is superb.
Obviously going to take some reading later today but at the headline level, 100,000+ tonnes of Copper with further exploration potential. Terrific

Just need news with regards the TD and we really should then start to finally target the £1 level once again.
