BISI still on the way up £3 this AM, continuingly to benefit fr v positive trading statement and AGM earlier this month ,on the back of record export coal prices in SA,and expected v tight coal market going forward.

Yes prices are higher. Two days ago I booked a car from Innsbruck airport - 70 GBP a day for a compact car e.g. Astra, Focus type. Tried several sites, also tried a VPN pretending not booking from the UK with very limited success of improving price.....

Oh' I had withheld some IGR shares to see what the results were going to be like.
It made very little profit but I think more profits for me there today again :-)
the results RNS came out at 7AM. Wow !! Looks like they lit fire under the share price !! Recovery play in motion there. I paid 64 P and the shares are trading at 79.5P now !!

Good morning guys.
Wan my vulture shares have done really well.BEG is the top performer in my portfolio.
It is a share that you tuck away. The Co. keeps acquiring bolt on businesses and expanding. It pays a divi. as well.
K3C has a small amount of shares and the spread is always high just like AAZ.
FRP also pays a dive but has been a bit slower riser out of the three. The results for BEG are on the 19th of July.

Today I am watching IGR the results are out today. I did two quick trade in IGR in the past weeks and made myself a nice profit of just over £1K.

THG, I have averaged down. The shorts are having a field day with THG. The sum of the pars is a lot higher then 71P. Now it is trading at just over 86P !! I think interesting times lie ahead for THG. I have to thank Odsjp for mentioning it on this BB.
Guys have nice day. I have a lot of work in my garden to do so waiting for a nice day to motivate myself to make a start.

Middle of the night. Unable to sleep. I hold 3 shares, on the AIM market. In a slightly drunken haze , to entertain myself, I consider how much each share could drop, say between now and mid - September. This thinking, has been brought on by the shock of the extraordinary cost increase of renting a car in the south of France for two weeks Inebriated, can surprisingly produce clarity. The downside risk of holding AAZ is minimal.I can have a summer holiday without worrying.

You saw me do just that last year. The market is not do all and end all.

I was so happy yesterday to meet all my loved ones. First time ever I have been away for so long from my home !! Three months was the usual. The Covid19 screwed many people. I know of many that did not make it through ! So live for today and don't worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow is another day.

Yes an RNS Transaction in own shares is the norm. I think Friday’s buys were as a result of a positive AGM and in anticipation of the buy back.

There’s been a lot of folks doing that a long time Wan, every few months I check my old short favourite CCL, same people talking it up, that were doing so months ago. Trade it by all means for bounces but the last 5 years chart, tells you it’s never been a buy and hold. Got my eye on the building bellwethers this summer, any levitating of the share price and they’ll be ripe for in and out short trades.

Am I right in thinking they will need to RNS each purchase during the buy back? You see it in other shares usually with a title of “Transaction in own shares” along with number and amount paid. I thought we might get one this morning as volume last Friday seemed higher than an average day. The guys knew it was going to get passed at the AGM so should be have started to start accumulating ahead of any ratification news.

Came across this clip of Trump on CBS when he attended the NATO summit and told leaders there very directly not to rely on Russian gas as they would be controlled by it, Mrs Merkel was very upset at that, and to up their spending to 4% of GDP instead of lower level of 2% most off them we failing to get to. He was painted as the problem at this meeting by the leaders and the press.....Now off course increasing spending on arms and stopping Russian gas is all the rage and nobody criticizes it or even mentions Trump saying it. Worth watching if for nothing else than to hear Trump tearing strips of NATO members live on camera. The hypocrisy of the press that creates the news narrative is shocking.
