Ha ha, that made me laugh. I feel you're possibly addressing the wrong issue though. It's not so much an administrative issue (having the wrong email address for notifications) but more of a training issue. My wife recently suggested I spend most of my last 3 dividends on a new car for myself.I agreed that was a jolly fine idea and followed the suggestion. Now admittedly this might be a long haul but the sooner you start your brainwashing, erm, training, the sooner you will reap the rewards and receive sensible suggestions.:D

JAN held on to its gain from its stake in V.VO and news release. A relative tiddler for me but keeps performing and has given me good trading profit.

Brasso all sorted now, unusual for my wife to look! This CV malarkey giving her far too much time :0)

British Bulls turned bullish today on AAZ, as time goes on the less chance the mine will be affected. The everyone starts to realise the bargain of a price we are on. Should be over £2 in Jan

Odd day at ORPH today down on good news lot of traders exiting I assume. More good news was found on yahoo saying that they are opening challenge study clinics in Australia and US which means they will have 4, a new one in London as well, so even more revenue from that one revenue stream, there are a few more. You have to assume a lot of people trading it do not read up much on the company.
Not too worried to be fair it will rise when it rises, oh er missus, my biggest concern is I choose it this week in the competition! Knew I should have gone for BUR lol

Funny how when this share price improves all the negative investor experts disappear

With the special div, this could pay feb 4p, aug/sept 5p and Nov 4p

Some on here don't bother with Divs but I quite like over 10% yield on current price :-)

I'd expect that NK will be given Russian peace keepers, so that the Armenians can say that they 'saved' NK from Azeri aggression. The Azeri's plainly will want all their occupied lands back, and may be willing to accept a notionally independent NK but under Azeri overall sovereignty. Hopefully enough face saving for both sides. The war must be economically crippling for both sides, and mutual trade would be a far better way of building trust and improving lives for everybody. Are both sides now ready for a proper deal?

To be fair, AZ is not making a lot of inroads into the NK they are advancing into occupied regions of AZ, Hadrut is the only town of note that was taken by AZ in the NK itself.

As to the agreement, it seems that everything will be decided by Russia/Turkey rather than Aliyev. I am also watching with interest what kind of deal they can broker. Giving NK away will be an almost existential threat to the Armenian nation but, on the other hand, it is difficult to see, how Turkey/AZ can now agree to anything but regaining the sovereignty over the NK.

Azerbaijan seem to be constantly making territorial gains into NK …. will be very difficult for the Armenian troops to make a concerted stand when they are being pushed back each day.

given the importance of 'face' in such situations, I am curious to see under what circumstances the two sides will finally agree a cessation of hostilities because there is no way that Aliyev is going to consider stopping until/unless he has a significant tangible 'win' to hold up to Azerbaijan citizens (likely all of NK) therefore how do Pashinyan & Sarkissian get out of this with some face intact?
Is their 'face' the guarantee that Azerbaijan will stop at NK and not take the war into Armenia 'proper'?

Az forces clearly making important roads to the south west corner now. Az flag is flying in Zangilan.
If they then push up the western most valleys they’ll cut off the supply routes from Armenia. They’ll want to get those forces out before they get cut off.

About to pop, barring any worsening on the fronts. Some heavy loading and adding at these levels, which won't be sustained for long.

It's the propaganda of war.

They may be hoping that this gets shared in Azerbaijan as no doubt the leadership are not informing their people about any of this, or at least not fully transparently.

A lot of the "victories" claimed by either side will need to be taken with a grain of salt too.

I don't think either side are going to emerge from this with reputation enhanced but crowing over the number of enemy dead seems pretty vile.

Sort of funny to me. Just been caught out by my financial strategist aka the missus, which has now prompted me to change my email notifications address. Seems my latest AAZ dividend is now partly being spent on a new kitchen and utility. Lucky me having someone around that plans how to spend my investments for me, saves me all the headache.

2sporrans, it's an ugly business and I'm very happy to have the luxury of playing 'armchair General', rather than being there on the ground. The geo politics regarding Iran are fascinating, dancing around the Russians and the Turks, while trying to keep a balance with Armenia as a buffer and possibly acting as a supply route for Russia to help Armenia. But there's nothing here worth having for the big players other than Turkey demonstrating its influence. No one wants to get drawn into helping Armenia continue to occupy a country illegally against 4 UN resolutions. There's a much bigger dividend to be had for all players from a peace agreement. My guess the Russians will get a deal done, they must want a quick resolution to keep Turkey out of it, I hope it's soon.
