indeed kk, it was a really great call,,, the first time I've seen the CEO look calm, collected, relaxed and comfortable in all the presentations I've seen him give,,, there were 650 at the start of his pitch and 700 views by the end,,, way too many questions to be answered,,,, but some key ones;;;

1) $19B fund, run by Bill Ruane, Sequoia,, confirmed as the strategic US investor....

2) NASDAQ listing - not now, but ultimately Yes

3) CV19 test revenues could be, and I quote the CEO 'astronomical'...

4) Cancer Treatments - absolute game changers...

5) CV19 lateral flow test - high confidence level it will be global best in-class and will be deliverable

6) UK & US govs aware as kk says...

7) last round of fund raising should enable then to carry out all their plans, everything in the current pipeline out to 2023

8) Manufacturing partners, multiple being spoken to right now so they can go straight into mass production if the test works IF IF IF,,,, please work!! needs to be capacity for 100m tests/month...

9) Take Over approaches,,, not on the radar right now :-) LOL,,, yeah right!!!

Good thing AVCT are working with two American companies so you know that Trump will fast track fda approval. Last night when asked Alistair said yes UK government knows about us and US probably with a smile.

there must be a lot out there who think/thought yesterday was the start of a big fall in the markets and think they can get AAZ back at 80p again!!!!

Really weird that AAZ price hasn't moved, normally about 10,000 shares shifts it by 5p, have the MMs decided to have a virtual summer lunch on the 10p spread they've been gouging us with?

normally I'd agree with you Brasso,,,, but, with something as big and global as cv-19 antigen testing I just feel I need some decent exposure to it's potential just in case post 21483 plays out!!! Cheers Wan :-)

it's probably just FOMO on my part w66,,, but, I'd hate to be sat here and suddenly see a news flash on CNBC or Bloomberg TV where it's announced that Cytiva has successful proved a cv-19 antigen test in the Lab!!!! one, that can be easily mass produced, uses saliva not blood which will be rolled out via amazon late summer,,,,, can you imagine what the AVCT share price would do!!! so, I'm risking the FODO (fear of drastically overpaying) to cover myself of that situation occurring,,, as it might do!!! It is bloody amazing that with gold in the 1740s and copper strong for the last few weeks we are still in the 120s. It really is all down to waiting now, as we've said to death, there's not much liquidity here and so while its death by 1,000 cuts when there isn't news, when it comes it will be too late to get onboard.

Gold and copper both up but AAZ seeing no benefit from it. In fact none of my gold shares are up. Maybe later just before market close. Hi bwana I remember sometime ago you wrote out some herbal recipe you make and drink. Could you write it again as I want to buy ingredients this evening. I suppose with the number of irons they have in the fire Avacta news could come anytime.
However, if my memory serves me well, didn't the boss in the presentation mention end of June for Cyvita news.

AVCT yep, thanx cmb, I'm on it,,, should have waited earlier,,,, LOL,, but, I'm scaling in so will rest easy now and look for the GAP to fill before buying more,,, unless Cytiva news RNS drops and it seems to be climbing away :-) Cheers Wan :-)

Wan,mind that gap on AVCT. It could get filled perhaps next week. I may do a top up there too. There are far too many nervous investors there ! Anything is possible in the market as you know.
I will set a buy limit order just above the gap for the next two weeks. NAI of course.

lefrene, join the club, which is why I don't follow the pundits, sooth sayers and prophits anymore as too many of them are miles out and in their own little world. Just look at gold $1740 again and AAZ still down, how much does gold need to go before we start to follow. There was a time when miners followed the price movement on 2/3-1 ratio, now we just seem to go anywhere the MM's feel like taking it.
2sporons, yes it does, but just a little in my directiion would be nice. preferably in the form of gold bars, not cash.

Hi Ged, no problem, we learn every day, yes I keep notes on stocks I invest in and I keep notes of books and points raised that resonate as reminders to myself and my trading style; particularly when I lose discipline and wander off piste so to speak.
