Thanks Mattjos!

I have only just taken a look at AAZ today and it's the first Gold Producer I've looked at that I couldn't find a AISC for. I assume it's been a topic of conversation on the thread, but at work so didn't have time to look too many pages back!

from the note:

"Stronger production and lower cash costs (2016e/15: $688/$821 in TCC) to improve EBITDA margins (2016e/15: $29.0m/$18.7m) generating $19.8m in levered FCF16 (2015: $3.4m)"

Brasso where did you obtain the AISC from?

I'm probably being thick, but I can't see AISC on any of their quarterly or half yearly reports for Gold, Silver or Copper. I also can't locate the estimated Life of Mines?

I see from comparing the last 2 quarters they've reduced their Debt by around USD 8M, so must be making substantial profit now based on Gold Price, but would be nice to know for sure the AISC.

Ok no worries.
I'm not sure they can sustain it at this level for long or at least I'm not expecting them to, but I guess there's a chance I'm completely wrong depending on those new sites.
That's all guess work though.
Ultimately the flotation expansion isn't for gold, it's for copper/silver as we've seen and the move away from gold reliance continues.

zhockey ... I think jbravo has answered correctly and according to what we were told at the AGM.

They do have other assets on the Gedabek estate that have been drilled, are being drilled and in the process of being analysed to determine content and a plan for extraction.
2016 was hilited by share price Angel as the most stretching debt repayment period but, with POG and silver very much in our favour & production ramping up still further, I am sure their focus will turn increasingly to expansion of Gedabek (& elsewhere) as the year goes on.

Hi Jbravo,

I don't remember asking the same but apologies if it came over that way.

I was thinking more here about sustaining production as opposed to expansion.

@bsinghtb.... thats just one of the reasons I'm here and holding so many. That was with gold much higher of course, but without the plant we have now.

@zhockey... sorry I wasn't ignoring you. I'm not sure what you're after, you've asked around this repeatedly. That kind of detail wasn't discussed. Even if it was asked I'm not sure we'd get a meaningful answer. It has too many variables. How big is Gadir? Bittibulag? The other two prospects they're drilling? All unknown to various degrees. They stated they're drilling. John stated they have a ten yr plus mine life plan. If this is your primary concern then as I've said before you're not going to get re-assurances any time over the next few months.

I see AAZ a bit like HOC which has gone from 40p to nearly £3

AAZ is beginning to take hold and get noticed, its consolidating at each higher level and should be through 20p in very short time

the 2006 chart is very interesting -

i wonder if anyone has compared the financials and fundamentals (production, costs, debt, POG ...etc ) from ye 2012 to current when the share price was 70p-80p

at a glance seems the share price should be in the 50p-60p range?

Would you be so kind as to share what eas mentioned? I.e. how long they expect to produce over 70k oz?

I think if you you look at SHGs recent RNS (aslo considering relative production/ debt) then it would be fair to assume that they are $100 - $150 an an ounce higher. So $830 - $880/ an ounce for 2015.

Yes I stated I was talking cash costs.
Xcap asked for both cash costs and AISC. The company have never talked AISC as far as I'm aware. I'm also aware they'd be higher. Perhaps you'd like to let us know what you think AISC maybe brasso?

Jbravo

I think you are talking operational costs of $724.

I think xcap is asking for AISC which will be a bit higher.

The last time the company issued figures for cash costs was for 2015. From memory they were 724/oz.
The cash costs this year should be substantially better due to the manat depreciation and the increased production (esp of silver and copper).
The last few pages of posts contain plenty of thoughts on that but just to re-iterate my guess is for 550/oz.
