jeanesy ... we are not yet at the 2 month period stipulated by the president for AZERGOLD to come up with a valuation & purchasing proposal for the government to consider.
That timeframe elapses end July

It looks good to me aswell gold is trading within the 2 prices I mentioned, upside is $1450 if we break upwards. If support goes at$1305 I see $1260 maybe before we build again. Obviously with the pog already hitting well above $1340 the upside looks to be the direction IMO. Just my thoughts and believe me I'm still learning here as gold has never been my thing until I invested here a wee while back. GLA

IMO gold needs to stay above $1305. Uptrend continues if we can close nicely above $1340. Next few days this should play out. Also silver is erratic at the moment. GLA

We seem to be in the grip of the POG at the moment. If it weakens some more we will get cheaper still without any news imo.

@jidmad I think the trades section on LSE has been playing up the last couple of days, I've noticed this on other stocks too. I can see the trades of today on other sites eg III

A bargain at these levels, with a 3 months target of 26-27p,

Not sure why these Minos trades are doing, but just bought 20094 at 18.1p.

Can anyone share the trades as I cannot see them on LSE.

I think they should get debt down below $30m. Then re-finance maybe with a larger facility (~$70m) at a better rate. I think they have to spend $10m+ CAPEX a year due to the PSA to keep it attractive. Exponential growth is the key through large expenditure.

Agreed both. I am not advocating nil debt btw.

Phil/Mattjos, I'm a holder here because I think this is a company that will rerate. And I agree, I think it will move towards the enterprise value as the debt reduces. Investors at the moment are taking on some of that risk whereas those buying once 2016 earnings and debt reduction have been confirmed (assuming the figures are as good as currently indicated) will carry less risk but pay a higher price. It's what makes a market.

Phil, the mkt cap will increase towards the Enterprise Value, at the very least, as the Debt on the Balance Sheet reduces. However, the debt on the Balance Sheet is also giving this company about the highest leverage to price of gold of any listed miner in London so, I would not advocate completely eradicating the debt. That increase in mkt cap will likely not occur in a nice linear fashion. Rather a case of step-ups as the news flow reports on the finances. Now that might persuade some to try and trade the stock according to the dates of 'scheduled' news flow, which is a common practice for traders. However, plenty here should by now be well aware of the strong potential for unscheduled news flow with regards results on exploration & the status of the AIMROC assets. In a skinny market, I do not think it wise to try and outfox the MM's or the news flow.

Fair comment. I still think reduction of current debt levels will be share price enhancing.
They should do more press relations in the uk imo.
Ironically,l think a share price of 40p will be more credible than 19p for new buyers, the
Current mkt cap is ludicrous but some new potential nvestors may stil worry why;
beats me but there you are.

Watch for the 2 day FED FOMC meeting next week as that seems to drive the gold price along with NFP data. Watch this and the COT reports.FED appear less dovish of late. I think gold will tread water with possibly a snap down to $ 1260 or lower if the FED go more hawkish on rate rises. But, I see gold going back up as the EU banking crisis will erupt at some point and the house of cards will collapse.

Crazycoops, those that have or are holding back have already missed out on a 4 fold increase in the valuation.Rather than dilute investors with a large equity issuance to fund the expansion, the CEO and the Board have used debt, forgone salaries and (in Reza's case) advanced the company $4m ... Those still waiting for the debt to reduce might want to remind themselves of those actions & what they signify. Where is new broker note please Sergei?
