GF1. You might be right but at the same time AAZ was probably the best performing gold share between 2016-2018. I know it can be frustrating looking at other shares marching north but nothing goes up in a straight line.

It was only back in Feb I think I posted about POG being a worthy investment and I took a position which has since doubled in price. I wish I could have moved my AAZ holding into that but I have too big a holding. It's a nice problem to have but like many of the other long term holders I have no reason to change that.

Happy to take the divvy until such time someone decides AAZ is just too cheap to ignore. It will happen.

My last 5 buys have all gone through the NEX market.
I thought that market was for tiddlers not companies the size of AAZ.

My thoughts are that news has been held back to accommodate the buyer and seller for a few months now.
When they are both finished we will see a vast improvement in the share price
We are at the exact same price as we were one year ago.
I bet if i looked, not one other gold miner is out there you can say that about.

POG has certainly revisited $1760.

2nd July and the xd date falls; 4.5c [~3.6p] just for sitting on one's hands.

We need to get through 140p. Use it as a back test and then we should be looking at ATH's. Not long to wait IMHO

Well if nothing else i am stopping the buyer from getting all the free flowt.
Gold up $15 as i write and we are stuck yet again on a 0.5% rise?

Had to buy another 5000 pounds worth.
I have been trying to find another place for this money,but just can't find anything i believe is as under valued as this.

Important to remember that gold had a big spike to all time highs buy spent very little time above 1,800, which I think is what most people regard as the real resistance, though I can see 1770 is pretty close to where the actual line in the sand was. Anyway, for all intents and purposes we are within a grasp of aths in dollar terms

On Kingworldnews James Turk has the figure of $1,770 which is the figure they are trying to protect.....with a run to over the previous highs of $1,920 being the first target to be in sight once $1,770 is breached....

I did read an article a few weeks ago where it was claimed that some USA funds were waiting for gold to clear $1760 which apparently would be the trigger point for them to start buying gold. In which case the FED might be creating a bull trap? In the end though the mass of created money has to distort the real economy, it's hard to see how the tax system is going to syphon off the excess without beggaring most of the country.

Gold has been rangebound between 1680-1740, a range of 60, so in theory you would expect the move up to be 60, for a new range with 1800 as downside. I suspect there will be a bit of resistance at 1800 as that is the long term quarterly all time high

Fascinating looking at the gold graph, it's as if somebody somewhere with a bottomless pocket has decided that gold must not get above $1750. Do they fear a tipping point where the herd is suddenly spooked by the deluge of created money, and makes a dash for something real?
