Wan looking for another old book to read as it’s wet all week, came across Come into my Trading Room by Dr Alexander Elder. He’s technically focused trader and psychiatrist; I got bored last time I picked it up, as it’s full of questions and charts but I immediately thought you might like it :)

Carnival looks frothy again but it’s being propelled by funds right now, reality will hit soon. I’m happy to wait a bit.

Funny, looked back and realised I’ve been short most market dips CCL and was a bit late this time but made more, it was so blindingly obvious.

ERIS I’d be more likely looking to go short tomorrow morning if it does that pattern thing and mm’s oblige. Never understand rock chip samples getting punters excited? On the plus side tiny mkt cap, bit of cash though might look to raise if it really went stupid

you get the feeling they might just be trying to put out too many fires this time?

On another note, love it that the S&P makes most of its moves in the futures mkt and NOT the cash market.

When the market is rigged, one way to keep it rigged, rig it some more.

Knew they’d do something re: June 20 WTI - S&P to roll June contract into July. Effectively giving another month of grace and to avoid June going negative. Price discovery hahahahahahahaha!

Reza & the BOD are also the sort of people who would wish to give staff a financial bonus for seeing the operation through this exceptionally challenging period & that would very much get my vote

There's an RNS at ERIS highlighting some nice sample gold grades released this morning - that'll be causing the rise?

A neutral cost outcome would be a great result given the carnage experienced and forecast elsewhere.

if i recall correctly, the contractors are paid on a per tonne basis … there are weigh stations at key locations on site to check vehicle movement and record.
Diesel is purchased & bunkered by the company & free-issued to the contractors.
At the time of our visit the company was just implementing a diesel filtration system to reduce the level of impurities and therefore improve vehicle up-time by reducing need for diesel system maintenance.
They were also building their own vehicle & engine maintenance centre to obviate the necessity to send engines all the way back to Baku for rebuilds.

There will be some cost improvements associated with reduced cost of diesel but, i think we should assume these will be offset by other operational changes necessitated by CV-19

Looked at hemo at 2p last week, I was surprised at the lack of a spike on its RNS, looks like a proper pump and dump on twitter. Anybody who uses twitter should follow topinfo AND be very wary of getting caught on a spike of shares he is pumping.

Excavate, haul and return approx 3m tonnes ,in 2019, @ say 3 usd per tonne. 30% of cost is fuel. So a serious reduction could equate to a saving of in excess of a million dollars pa.
