I'm sure most of you saw that Scotiabank are closing their metals trading unit. What I didn't realise is that historically, it is Mocatta and is the oldest bullion trading house in the world. Liquidity in the gold market is getting squeezed from all sides. If AAZ wanted to pay dividends in little gold coins I'd be up for that!

SteveAAZ is my biggest holding, hence my frustration. 9 months really of rumours without news, it is definitely annoying. But my focus is on DDDD at the moment, I just want AAZ to come to the party

BRH placing this morning Wan, great timing that...not. Still, small amount and not too lousy a discount. I suspect there’ll be news flow there the coming weeks.

“We were already having a tough time getting the amount of physical that we require. I think it's going to be that much harder,” said Grosskopf. “It's almost the opposite of what's happening in the oil market right now.”

PYC is the most likely next PYC (in November 2017 it did 3000% in 48 hours 1p to 32p)

They are based on Oxford Science Park

They do modelling and simulation software for oncology/cancer

Their neighbour on Oxford Science Park Sensyne SENS is looking to make acquisitions and has £40m cash

Recently SENS 'evangelista' Rabia Khan talked about in silico clinical trials (that's PYC territory). SENS and PYC might make a good fit but PYC would be attractive to a LOT of much bigger Unicorn UK AI/ML companies such as Exscientia, BenevolentAI, Google Deepmind

I'm just comforted that our CEO's interests are aligned with ours. I'm impatient, for sure, and disappointed, but what else can we do but wait?

MF. The solution to your frustration is to go with some of the companies everywhere that are making big gains …. I certainly have and am not here posting every day with a fixation on this one company and its' share price

With a portfolio of more than 1 company there has been opportunities to more than double your money since January. Different companies are affected by different circumstances and progress at different speeds so in 2019 AAZ was racing ahead for part of the year whilst other companies did nothing or went backwards. 2020 there are different riders and runners in the spotlight whilst AAZ falls back a bit relatively.

What doesn't happen is what you lament that all companies sp's incl AAZ should increase and rerate in sync and in coordination throughout a gold bull market that will probably last for years.

Does not the action today give you a clue wan?

I like the look of BRH, it’s the kind of stock that could do a TERN/PYC - not sure i like these boutique “investment house” type structures, but it’s the kind of company, with various cv-19 potential investee co’s, that can make punters froth at the mouth - with the aid of ‘suitable̵7; news items. Add in the small mkt cap and total lack of liquidity and away you go...!

I've seen your charts bb2, way, way more sophisticated than my simple trends, EMA, C&H, H&S type stuff :-)

Cheers Wan :-)

another nuts day on the c-19 merry go round - at some point the mkt will start asking more searching questions. Until then enjoy the fun. Some of the more illiquid tiddlers could provide some real adrenaline, alongside the more solid plays...

Wan Oklu along with my remaining Oz plays I’m looking to ditch, I just find the hours a challenge; maybe I’ll keep the odd one. JAN yes all good with a core hold and I shift 500k back and forth on spike, usually in 2 x 250k blocks, sometimes less. MAG along with IPT interest me greatly, still looking for other silver plays.
