sport is the obvious big money spinner, but i think that's already in the hands of other operators, at least in the US.

Nudging right up that 6 year barrier for Gold now. There seems to be much, much stronger reasons now (than any time before) for it breach that ceiling. Will be very interesting to see how many paper contracts get dumped in the next few weeks to try and slay its rise.Doubt they will succeed in holding it back for much longer now

Calling Mr Hockey.

I sent you a PM a couple of months ago but haven't received a reply.

jbravo215 Aug '17 - 11:17 - 8393 of 22711 Edit

I have.
I spoke to Stephen at the AGM, at length, about how they used to approach drilling and exploration work and how they do it now.
The methods he's introduced but most importantly about the behaviours he's had to change. The ideas he's had to introduce. They can hardly be compared.
Chalk and cheese.

I guess I won't convince you though so I'll leave it there. I was trying to change your mind, as I once went through this and it is information you posted about the company which changed my mind from negative to positive a few years ago.
Since then I've doubled my money and it started with your posts. Thank you. I wanted to try to return the favour though as I'm sure you're about to miss out, but its harder to re-convince someone rather than convince them a first time I guess.

Anyway, when this reaches 75p, (which I think will be inside 2 years), I shall send you a thank you.

I would like to send you a thank you. PM me or post on here.

That auction seemed rather behind the action.

Though the sell price got understandably dampened - dropped 2.5p, the buy price barely dented though; over 9k gone for 105p next trade after the U/T.

The buying has remained solid all week and showing no sign of flagging now.

80p? Presume you mean 100p?
Anyway... Don't worry. It'll be immaterial whether you paid 100p or 103p soon enough.
I know that sounds rampy and wishful but I honestly remember many such conversations.
One especially with jeanesy around 22p or something where I nicked some stock and he was hesitant.
All so far in the money that it doesn't matter a bean now.
We'll say the same of these around a quid in a years time

I might even try to find that conversation. The price will give me a window...

I was fortunate and picked up 5,000 at the auction. I agree with you Matt. That will have cleared out all of the shares offered to buy at 80p. Wish I had been braver and picked up more, having paid 83p earlier in the day.

more cheap money, more stimulus, more buybacks, even more reckless debt - across the board - the yanks'll love it.

Reminds me of Monty Python's Mr Creosote...

Yes, that 81k UT looks to have cleared out the 100p seller entirely. I think the ceiling has now shattered
