You can still do a bed and ISA if you have the funds available in your ISA. Sell some stock in there and you can transfer in as much as you want to shelter from outside.

Surely too big size for Bed'n'ISA, as over individual/joint annual allowance. Perhaps Bed'n'SIPP ?

I saw the 4 x 100K trades yesterday as bed and ISA's. Cost per deal £250 each.

1 x late sell at 29.25p was kept back and reported after hours.

Pressure gradually building just below that red line ... seen it many times before .. when they breakout, they do so in spectacular fashion

There may well be a large 'buy' order in progress here for weeks, months even ... buyer simply tells the mm's he wants nn shares below xxp and lets them get on with it to their best of their ability.
Don't forget how long Bashirov took to unload .. any decent fund manager will have done his homework here and will be working with the mm's.

Whatever the buyer's instruction, to whom and the mechanism(s) being used to acquire them ... the stock clearly remains under accumulation & the timeframe for the buyer to get his lot is now fast running out, imo.

I think its going to be a very, very interesting next 4 weeks of trading here :-)
Anything possible, of course but, would now be extremely surprised if we get any more chances to add below 31.5p before this flag finally rips to the upside.

You're entirely right basem but the time printed is the time the trade completed. They may have been placed earlier and have been "in progress".
As you say those three trades haven't been delayed (different code if they're delayed) so that's my reading of it.
Simply don't believe 500k of sells would lead to a rise of 2p. Granted MM's do play games to obfuscate stuff at times but that's too large a "game" imo.

Either that or we get a 700k buy late printed in a day or two

That would make more sense and account for the rise. They don't seem to be delayed trades though. A large delayed trade can be posted 3 hours after it happened but it usually has the exact time of the trade against it.

@2sp:
The 3x100 over 30p were buys imo.
That, combined with the general strength from 70k on Nex is what moved the share price. Net buying day.

You're far too experienced to take the buy/sell indication as gospel.

"... there is plenty of demand for the shares for those who want out."

Well, demand has been fully tested today JB.

5 * 100k sells; 3 at end of the day, when the share price jacked up 2p on the face of it.
The price for the last 2 of the final 3 sells was 0.25p higher than the first sell dealt 16:23.

This price action does seem to suggest there is a buyer keen to elicit these shares; hard to make sense of the substantial price rise in tandem with relatively heavy selling otherwise.

I don't have L2; guess you do.
Can you see buys teed up?

Cheers JBravo, just had a bad few weeks, it's put me back a few months profit wise. My initial thoughts are to sell a few Aaz at 42p. No other reason apart from it feels right for me and is close to 50% increase from last weeks lows.

@2sporrans: Not too weird. The amount they were taking at c.29p (including those trades last week) from the seller it was obvious they must have had a buyer for them. Now we see them. Is it our long established buyer? The trading patterns have been different the last few weeks but one thing remains largely the same... there is plenty of demand for the shares for those who want out.

@basem: Pain? There's remarkably little pain with this stock the last 18 months, unless you're a nervous investor that is. The pain is a long distant memory. As jbe said last week, ultimately whether you got 'em at 29p or indeed 30p, don't worry, they'll pay off handsomely. Eventually of course anything under 50p will prove to be daylight robbery of the seller.
You wanna know about pain? Ask resourceful (seller of 1m at 7p) or zhockey (seller of undisclosed fortune at 18p).

main is the seller shifted 100k and the MM's (now 2 on Bid) took them

Weirder:

100k sell @29.25p, 14:21, then the guys buying small lots afterwards
pay 31.0p; more than a 10k buyer paid [30.76p] just before the 100k sell went through.

Almost 70k of buys on nexexchange today, so far; kinda balances things up.
