Shorts are closing, ignore the misleading RNS it's irrelevant, focus on the millions of tonnes of copper verses the ludicrous £4m value placed on it.

Interesting theory but obvious illegal dealing ahead of material information buy or sell. More likely there is no ongoing situation that prevents director dealing ie all price sensitive information is in the public domain.

Unclear to me why this in the statement is not absolutely clear on the positionAll the shares which were sold were issued in March 2021 following the exercise of share options by directors. Following these transactions the interests of directors in the share capital of the company were as follows: Name Shares Bill Hooley 200,000 Bill had 200k exercised options on 1m ..had 1.2m ..now sold 1m therefore reverts to 200k held as per last report and accounts. Other directors had no hold pre exercise in March..and have no holdings now. Simples.

The late RNS was misleading and needs clarification, on the one hand it suggests all directors have sold their option shares (not unreasonable as they receive no salaries in any-case) and on the other hand it states 3 out of 4 directors acquired shares.

There have been suggestions something material has been going on behind the scenes, I wonder if yesterdays RNS was a precursor to corporate action for example.

The volume yesterday tells me insiders are trading ahead of material news.

It can't be an acquisition resulting from options ...there were no options outstanding yesterday.I have sent a howler to the CEO , I will not share content or response, but I will expect a clarification statement.

They all sold plain as day.Exercised options in March all stock sold yesterday.Hooley owned 200k went to 1.2m when exercised now back to 200k after yesterday's sale. The only director now holding any stock.There were no other options outstanding after the March exercise at 2p. As posted see page 19 report and accounts.Headline is clear all sold.

Was very badly worded as the initial title was SOLD. Maybe something really is going to happen but I am still going to mail them anyways as now is the time to start monetising this asset IMHO.

If you are so upset Kooba we can vote them off the Board at the next AGM and appoint our own directors.

Wassapper, is that an option? I am going to write to them today as it certainly hasnt sent a signal of confidence and if they could be voted off perhaps we should consider it. It does seem an awful waste of a huge asset to do nothing with it and perhaps another team could do better. Not negative as I still hold...way more than Bill I may add and I still intend to hold for fair value which I do see well north of 50p.

Yeah I apologise all my posts are true and based on doing a modicum of research. Not designed to scare but certainly to question the activities or normally lack of activity of the board not blindly put up keep on buying BS .If you want to challenge anything I post is anything but reasonable comment based on facts ...crack on.

im new to this BB but after todays caper its seems Kearney is still Chairman and CEO of Labrador holdings, Hooley is Vice Chairman and Director and Varma is Company Secretary and a Director of Labrador, so it seems to me because Labrador is doing well they must be still active... if that is right im in the dark as to why they have sold, i have read some of your comments but this does not make sense unless they in the process of unloading AYM. LOOK FORWARD TO ANY VALUED COMMENTS....
