With this deal they will have 2.3p+ a share in cash and listed company.Current share price is steal..Weekend press will do it.Now proxies will buy shares for the votes..Done deal..

Looking at it further, I think 1.8p after 90 days fair enough but I suspect will be a kick in the teeth for long termers -
