We shouldn't reject this deal because we can end up with nothing, and RY doesn't seem to mind.

Will shareholders reject the deal-not sure if RY has enough cronies to ensure deal goes through -If he losses vote will probably wind the company up out of spit-hand licence back to Mr Putin and shareholders will get nothing .
RY has never shown any respect to shareholders and why should he now?

I'm sure RY agreed to this deal with both hands tied behind its back. It's russia. No one will dare touch this, all hope of China/Japan went down the drain. It was most probs this or nothing!

What will RY get out of this deal? He has zero credibility, not sure why anyone would wantn to continue a part of AMC with him as CEO, he's just gona extract a huge salary for years to come. Totally inept, and zero communication. Worst deal possible, completely sold us out.

RY has made a complete hash of this ever since the licences were granted many years ago-his continuous shareholder dilution at mates rates has totally destroyed shareholder value and has not created any shareholder value. Why has the TEO not been published which has cost millions and millions and why can’t the mine be sold for a one off amount instead of spreading the proceeds over time-no doubt to ensure large salaries are continued to be paid to Robbing Young and his cronies.RY has totally messed this one up and should not be trusted to reinvest the proceeds in further projects (ie inflated salaries for RY and cronies ).There was an alleged offer for the company when the licences were granted (which RY would not disclose) which no doubt would have been multiples per share than the current offer. The deferred consideration makes the derisory offer of $105 million a lot less in real terms

Well well well. The oracle that is CT, who claims to hold 30-40m shares said he will vote for this deal!!!!! Beggars belief. How does anyone actually know what they hold and what their true motive is. Something very fishy going on.

I’m shocked at the terms of this deal and only a portion to be paid in dividends (no actual declaration of a figure).

All those pumpers asserting that you'd get a cash payout by dividend for the 100mill sale....it was all LIES.Now you understand, the money will stay in the coffers, be used for working capital and a possible investment which will eat further, oh and its payable over a long timeframe.Stiched up like kippers ...springs to mind.

This deal is a long way short of 105M when you apply even a conservative discounted cash rate. Right now, if someone offered 100M for a straight, no nonsense purchase, I'd bite their hands off. This offer is derisory due to the timescales and uncertainty the shareholders will actually see much if any of the benefit. 20% rise only says it all

With inflation, what will $50m be worth in 4 years? $40m? Less?

The $30m is payable over 10 years from 2027.
