We need more details of the deals that RY is working on. Given the environment currently I expect we will just get the deal fait accompli as part of leaving Russia. I remain optimistic that the second bidder will ensure the price is in excess of the 100m, I'm still hoping for nearer 300m

There is some speculation only at this stage of another buyer putting an offer on the table. For a Chinese battery maker this makes tremendous sense

The early warning signs were all there last week with the bed and isa trades and other buying. MMs keeping the quoted spread really wide to deter buying but I just got quoted 1.79 to sell 150k so they are very keen to pick up any loose stock.
