22/2/2022 12:39 | So many options for this company. If the rumours are right and there is an oligarch behind this bid, be a good time for them to make a sensible offer. Irosta purchase is the giveaway imo | beltd
22/2/2022 12:30 | FC. Yes sir still in Cyprus. Been here two years now. You are right about the Nickel as this world is going to need it. That is why i have not sold any shares in AMC. Nickel Sulphide is the new gold IMHO. ATB and GLA. | bwana6
22/2/2022 12:24 | I wonder if the new investors buying into AMC after blocking me and listening to the rampers, buying in at 4p was a brilliant move, just goes to show how bad ramping is on AMC IMO R2 | roofer2
22/2/2022 12:24 | Or dual listing on Moscow exchange, for Russian investors to have easier access to a facility for the trading of shares in the Company. | mold breaker
22/2/2022 12:09 | Think we should go for a hong kong listing if this doesn't work, raise the capex invest from Chinese investors. | madmonkflin
22/2/2022 12:05 | Hi Bwana, hope you are doing OK, in sunny Cyprus still? The world keeps turning...no doubt the arms manufacturers are rubbing their hands with glee. Not much to say about AMC that BELtd hasn't already better articulated...at some point the world will need that nickel. | forgottenchameleon
22/2/2022 11:25 | It’s highly unlikely any sanctions will effect Amur, the recognition of the republic ( LPR & DPR) is beneficial to all sides of the conflict. Putin gets a bit of buffer and protects and restores peace in the area (funny how mainstream news is now only mentioning the ongoing conflict in this area) and Ukraine don’t have to waste resources on the republic. The USA gets gas sales to Western Europe. UK has alternative energy source from USA. German’s get an excuse to stop Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline from Russia. Win Win Win | mold breaker
22/2/2022 10:59 | Hence the desire to buy Irosta. With a 20 ish shareholding our quiet holder may well be able to force the 100m sale. | beltd
22/2/2022 10:54 | Hardly a bit of deal speculation, an rns issued confirming. If anything post that time and pre this mild panic there is clear signs of someone accumulating. The BVI domicile and other shareholders is pretty clear, as has been the blocking of a number resolutions. Whoever quietly owns a very large stake could well be worried that sanctions will mean they lose their grip on the asset. | beltd
22/2/2022 10:54 | Many missing a point, Russia said that borders of DNR and LNR must and will be same as in 2014...!!! Thank me later for this and check who's moved significantly into conflict area ignoring these borders...- that is ukrainian army...now think logically who will push them out of there...??? | taqqr
22/2/2022 10:42 | All looks a bit contrived. A bit of deal speculation a few weeks prior to Putin invading allowing key shareholders(Russian | watfordhornet
22/2/2022 10:22 | The recent pump was to allow certain people to offload shares.Everyone else is stuck here whilst russia pursues war.By imposing sanctions, the West will only make things worse for any company exploring or operating in Russia. For now Amur is a hard sell. Who knows how low it could go.No matter how much you're attached to the company or how much you want to believe the resource is valuable, it would be advisable to seek an alternative exposure to nickel.Take a brief look at BRES Blencowe who announced a nickel investment today in a much safer country. | apfindley
22/2/2022 10:17 | FC. Great post. Good to see you posting on here with wise words.👍 | bwana6
22/2/2022 09:57 | BELtd, best advice for all is keep calm and carry on, this crisis will pass. Given that many poor souls (Ukrainian, Russian, they're all people) will likely lose their lives before this all dies down I think folks worrying about their pennies in AMC should take a wider perspective. It's only money. | forgottenchameleon
22/2/2022 09:29 | A massive 25% fall today, near 20% yesterday, AMC will be a cash shell so a massive fall still to come !! IMO R2 | roofer2
22/2/2022 09:16 | That's OK, it provides a great buying op. Folks chased this up to 4p a couple of weeks ago. 7.3p bid coming, what's not to like. | induna123
22/2/2022 08:57 | Evraz holding up well, significant divi % now. | madmonkflin
22/2/2022 08:30 | Worth bearing in mind that AMC have traded through sanctions before and that sanctions will be aimed at oligarchs. With a BVI listing I think we know that someone wants to get hold of this before any sanctions..... wonder why. If anything this could add more impetus for an aggressive take over | beltd
22/2/2022 08:28 | But when there's the smell of panic in the air..... | beltd
22/2/2022 08:25 | Even so, if the deal was agreed upon the share price will shoot up to 7p regardless. | induna123
22/2/2022 08:17 | Has AMC published its "perspective on a plan" yet ? Been waiting 5 years | bigsi2
22/2/2022 08:17 | Problem is that all activities with Russian business are in danger right now, no matter if it is in Far Russia or near Europe. Even if we get an offer the authorities can stop it. Not the best times. | marmar80
22/2/2022 08:16 | Should have taken 100m and ran. These die hard investors who thought they can get 100's of millions in russia. Now uk puts sanctions on russian companies in stock market, russia govt will take the assets back.. | nav1000 |
