The above post is based on Monday's trading update RNS.

I forgot to include US$14.6 million of free cash generation.
And 1P reserves are up, 2P reserves are up and 3P reserves are up.

Lots going on there, including drilling this year in Paraguay in a joint venture with a national Energy company who are paying 60% of costs, plus paying US$4 million to PPC.

Oil production, revenue and EBITDA are expected to significantly increase this current year.

There are many reasons for the valuation of the Company to re-rate to a more realistic level, the new oil currently coming to market being just one example.

The better the Company performs, the more the lowly valuation gets stretched.

Something, one day, will give.

2021 Revenue US$34.2 million.
2021 EBITDA US$9.5 million!

31 million market cap.

New production coming on line this week.
More drilling this month.

Proper bargain.

Assuming RNS put out fairly quickly after news of the initial approach we are still only 3 weeks into negotiations. This is nothing for a multi-million dollar acquisition. The BOD will be detailing the findings of the TAO/ possible grants/etc which will need to be verified by bidders team and then comes the horse trading. No news at this stage means nothing. Neither is there any rush for another bidder to show their hands yet. Been here this long.....GLA

Yes buddy very true. I'm all for the best outcome for us but starting to wonder if this is not another Robbing Young trick...the leak was genuine no doubt but the reason for it still unclear...mr robbing back in his cave again...if you remember before new year I did say I have a report ready to be sent to Far east development fund and Russian Ministry to investigate last few years manipulation, I haven't done so yet as we had potential takeover announcement but if this comes up as another failure and manipulation I will no doubt send it to government. With regards to war, I hate to say it but mobilisation now happening in war areas, few my friends already there. Blood on USA hands want more blood...FAKE announcement about attack on 16th was obviously fake and no they're all on to provoking Russia...

Wow whats going on here?? Nothing to do with AMC :) Looks like a lot of disruption!!

All I know is , Nickel and Copper flying, we have one of the largest undeveloped Nickel Sulphide projects in the world, and currently in negotiations with a Russian Billionaire to buy AMC out, opening salvo £100m ;)

Let's wait and see, patiently sitting on my hands for the Big Sale RNS!
