BLT,
AMT is a bit like his ad for Premium bonds.
You might make the "million quid" big one, but if you don't at least you
probably can get your money back

Nope - but nice to see.

Got our (Thomson) HD box recently - good, but not quite the life-changing experience they make it out to be. Might be a cheapo HD telly, but suspect it's possibly a bit overhyped?

Also no bloody programmes at the moment, apart from World Cup and now Wimbledon. Basically it's a critical mass thing - needs viewers to justify programming, needs programming to gain viewers. Amstrad therefore should be in time to get the main benefits from volumes sales.

Monty Burns,

Agree and can't help thinking that something is brewing here.

I bought a few more cfds on Tuesday at @ £1.73.

Interesting one this especially as Barclays are topping up prior to results.

Regards to you.

Nothing really, apart from the obvious - price dropped by ever-friendly marketmakers during the general market fall to 'encourage' some selling, certain there was a buyer in the background. Pity for those who sold, it's obviously very cheap.

Normally if there's a buyer, I think I'd expect them to pay a premium for their shares - ie the price to go up.

But there are bigger examples of silliness out there.

Monty Burns,

Your thoughts ?

Should be 'through'

So 1m shares acquired, while the price was dropped. Anyone find that a bit odd?

I presume the mispelling in the 1st line should be 'thought'.

Do they only THINK they hold this number of shares?

Can they not notify the market accurately ?

lol
