11/2/2018 18:45 | 4-5 weeks and we should hear new News of a significant nature. | pottermagic2310
10/2/2018 00:10 | Yes, thank Buddha for that Paps. I honestly wasn't expecting the bounce as it was looking like it was gonna go into a fully fledged sharp correction. We're not out of the woods yet by all means but it's a good start! | greendragon777
09/2/2018 23:03 | Big turn around in the DOW. Closed up over 300 points after being well down earlier in the day. | papillon
09/2/2018 18:32 | @Diamondstar Thanks a mil for your insights DS, much appreciated. Based on those timescales I guess we are looking at circa Q3/Q4 of next year for AP101 to fully play out (of course that's making the assumption the trials are successful which is obviously no guarantee). If it successfully moves from one milestone to the next then the share price should at least keep moving north which will make the wait that bit more enjoyable! :-) | greendragon777
09/2/2018 17:55 | Markets continuing to tank in after hours trading. Let's hope this is nothing more than a long overdue correction and nothing something more serious! | greendragon777
09/2/2018 17:53 | Haha....classic. Ya gotta give these guys 10 out of 10 for creativity, I mean no point in wasting all that computer power at your disposal! :-) | greendragon777
09/2/2018 17:04 | O/T, greendragon. An interesting sideline, eh, greendragon? | papillon
09/2/2018 15:21 | Well Paps needless to say it defo wasn't me! 😁 | greendragon777
09/2/2018 14:23 | There was a 101k trade at @ 19.50. reported @ 9.15pm, but reporting was delayed by an hour. It's recorded as a buy on the financial web sites, but I suspect it was a sell because the AMYT share price dropped @ 8.15pm when the trade was actually done. 2 other big trades done at 11.35pm, but reporting delayed by an hour because of their size. 100k @ 18.85p and then 200k @ 18.50p. Both were definitely sells. I wonder if some of these big sells are being made by those large investors who took part in the 21/9/17 placing @ 20p? Wouldn't surprise me. They could be disposing of their shares because of market uncertainty. I can't imagine they are ex FAST shareholders because surely they would have ditched them ages ago if they weren't keen on holding a biopharma share? We'll never know of course unless someone owns up to selling them on a message board. | papillon
09/2/2018 12:02 | Hi Greendragon, FDA approval takes anywhere between. 6 - 12 months, depending on whether they can get a fast track. Meanwhile, I assume they will try to achieve Pan-EU approval (if EASE is positive) via the EMEA Centralised Procedure - this will take 210 + 67 = 277 days. | diamondstar1
09/2/2018 09:33 | The Q1 milestone for us Investors arose from the Trial schedule communicated at some point H1 last year. There was a clear indication that a decision related to how the Trial was proceeding with a certain batch of Candidates would be made by Q1 2018, which would either mean continuing & ramping up OR winding down due to poor findings. | pottermagic2310
08/2/2018 23:36 | I agree Paps, it could very well slide further with the jittery state of the markets right now! That said, the DOW recovered a little bit of ground in after hours so we might see a similar bounce to Tuesday. Volatility is defo increasing in the markets though so that's unlikely to subside in the days and weeks ahead. It's been super low for the last couple of years so this correction (if it just remains that and doesn't deteriorate) was long overdue. Gtp officially entered correction territory with a fall of 10% now! I think Baz's suggestion isn't a bad idea......your PC will shut down in 3...2....1....Ԃ | greendragon777
08/2/2018 23:00 | Turn off the pc and on again in six months!! | bazworth
08/2/2018 22:24 | The AMYT share price will possibly drift lower tomorrow, greendragon, as the DOW was down 1000 points at the close. The markets are spooked. I wouldn't be surprised to see November's gap up "closed". The share price is resting on the lower Bollinger Band, but that is turning southwards. I'll hold on and tough it out. I haven't got big profits, or big losses, in AMYT. In fact I'm a very small shareholder. I'm still below my £5k maximum spend, so I could have another top up if the share price does drop to circa 18p. However I think some people could panic and sell their AMYT shares because of the poor state of the markets. | papillon
08/2/2018 17:25 | They certainly are valid Q's Paps. As you mentioned, it just seems that pretty much no value is priced in for AP101. I guess the same could be said for Zorblisa as the share price of Amicus (forgive me if that's the wrong name) didn't really go down (initially it did but then bounced intraday) when Zorblisa failed. If that is the case then maybe it's not a bad thing as AMYT's share price might hold up better than expected in the event of failure, although I would be surprised if it didn't tank! Anyway, failure is not an option! :-) If I remember correctly Paps, there was some mention of Q1 or Q2 for the EASE interims in one of the reports whether it was from one of the analyst's reports or AMYT financial interims last year I can't remember. I just remember they started to mention H1 instead. So Bronxville could be getting the info from that. Either way, I think it's safe to say that it will be June at the absolute latest and hopefully a lot sooner than that for the EASE interims. Fingers, toes and everything else crossed! :-) | greendragon777
08/2/2018 15:27 | Bronxville sure is a bear Paps. He mentione the results being pushed out from Q1 to Q2, I assume he's making that assumption on the basis that AMYT change the result period from Q1 to H1 in one of their reports if I remember correctly? I keep getting them all mixed up but I think that's how they initially reported it, Q1 and then changed to H1.....or was it the other way round can anyone remember? | greendragon777
08/2/2018 15:07 | AMYT bear, Bronxville, has posed a question for diamondstar on the lse bb. Be interesting to read his reply. | papillon
08/2/2018 15:00 | You'll always get sellers, greendragon, irrespective of market conditions, so shares generally drift sideways/gradually downwards. Shareholders die, or their circumstances change and they need the cash, or they think they see a better investment for their money elsewhere. However it usually needs news to drag out the buyers. | papillon
08/2/2018 14:51 | @Diamondstar if you're reading this.....if the full EASE trials are successful say by the end of 2018, how long would you anticipate it would take to obtain FDA approval? | greendragon777
08/2/2018 14:49 | Hmmmm....I'm guessing it's nothing more than a bit of contagion from the recent market woes Paps. Whilst we seemed to avoid the worst of the flash crash on Monday, the markets are still somewhat nervous and it's unlikely AMYT would avoid it completely IMO. There is zero chance I will liquidate a single AMYT share before the interims! :-) | greendragon777
08/2/2018 14:31 | I see someone has sold 50k @ 18.90p which is below the quoted bid price of 19.10p. So there are still sellers around. You're not thinking of dining and staying at the Savoy tonight, greendragon? That £9k will come in handy if you are! LOL. If there are still sellers around and they outnumber the buyers volume wise then the AMYT share price could drift lower. Will it fill the gap up from mid November, I wonder? Why has someone sold 50K this morning for such a low price? Will others be tempted to do the same? | papillon
08/2/2018 12:18 | I had no money to buy a coffee this morning Paps so had to liquidate some shares!! hahaha | greendragon777 |
