Thanks for the link Waterloo.....interesting news indeed. Did I read that correctly that they paid $847m for a drug for EB that wasn't even approved? If so then that would surely put a massive value on AP101 if it does get approved.

Maybe the same company will now consider buying out AMYT even at this early stage.....they better have a large sack of cash though if they do! :-)

I don't think the would be buyers in New York have woken up yet, greendragon. LOL. Volume is nothing special so far today.

They are just dipping their toes in the water at the moment Paps....they'll all pile in once they get used to the temperature! :-)

At least it most all buys and on decent enough volume in comparison to recent weeks and months. Hopefully a few of them are slowly but surely building a decent enough holding and will be buyers for a while!

That's the spirit papillon.....35p is just way too cheap to be selling this bad boy at. I totally agree never to fall in love with a share.....that said, when it's looking like it's gonna be a 10 bagger one can't help getting butterflies in the stomach! hahaha

LOL. My AMYT shares are worth a lot more than 35p, greendragon, IMO.

Never fall in love with a share is my motto, but the prospects for AMYT do look very exciting.

Nice one Paps, certainly does make for good reading and is even very conservative at that. Hopefully AMYT will be a steady rise up to the H1 interim reporting of AP101 results and if that's very positive should continue to climb thereafter.

Just 45 mins to all those US investors barreling in.....Don't go selling out now Paps when it take a rapid jump to 35p! hahaha

Many thanks also for your reply, greendragon. I like the idea of the AP101 phase 3 result being a "free bet"! Might get even better if, as hoped, they sign up to similar licencing deals as that of Lojuxta.

We'll no doubt see over the rest of the week whether the presentation inspired potential buyers in the USA.

Well done on your purchase ccr1958. Hold on tight to your shares - may be a bit volatile on short-medium term, but has loads if potential in the longer term ie > 1 year, when we'll hopefully get to see positive EASE study results for the EB Ph III trial.

To answer your question Paps about his 'free bet' remarks....it was towards the end just before the Q&As if I remember correctly.

He was explaining how one analyst had pretty much valued AMYT at it's current market cap based on the Lojuxta deal alone. Then he said, if you were to believe that then you have a 'free bet' on AP101!

In a nutshell, he was saying AMYT is gonna be a 10 or 20 bagger for those who are patient enough to hold out for the long term! 😁

You're right BWD, there wasn't anything new at all in the presentation but he got the message across with graphic slides of the effects of EB etc. As you say, it's a new audience and more importantly, hut was pitched to US investors who it would seem have a much greater appetite for a stock like this to invest in. If we can gain a bit of traction over there I think we will see a decent move upwards!

We shall see tomorrow afternoon whether the New York presentation kindled any interest amongst those attending it, bigwavedave.

I find it interesting that the AMYT share price today started it's rise at 2pm, which corresponded to 9am in New York. I thought it might be due to American buying interest pre the presentation though waterloo has posted that AMYT was tipped by ShareProphets, though I can see no mention of AMYT today on the ShareProphets site.

I shall turn on my computer around midday tomorrow to see if the AMYT share price continues it's recent rise. I'm praying it closes this week above the early summer closing high of circa 27p. If it does then I believe we could be looking at an share price of over 40p shortly. That's what my charts indicate to me. Fingers crossed! I hope I'm not just indulging in wishful thinking and clutching at straws!

I didn't see the presentation...but cannot imagine anything was revealed that isn't already in the public domain. But at least a new audience is being addressed which is good.

Hello there Funtimejonny. In the same boat myself. Think Providence Will turn around. Providence should take over LOGP (1/7) share swap for example and then Farm out say 40% for apraisal and lets say 40m cash. Retainung 60% they could go thenselves for project finance funding. Sure Mcgoss and Pat Plunket Know All about This i.e lock revenues selling futures forward. Then We would Have cash for appraisal on share price and drill on Avalon (cost to zProvidence should be limited to 5m If Cairn take 20% option - I AM sure they Will). This aside Am Very very happy with Amryt pharma - old Fastnet. Fell into them following reverse take over of Fastnet. Have just got Off webcast to Usa investors. Really Believe This company Will save My Dad and My bacon. I AM not one with a hidden agenda. Just trying to Like yourself make some additional money for the pensión pot. Anyway Good luck. Amryt is in Phase 3 for a really Good product. Results H1/h2 next Year. Already earning cash with other licences. Safe bet. Still hoping for Providence recovery !!

Hi, spuddymadrid. I only hold one share: Amryt (AMYT). Like you I had shares in FAST (bought when it was effectively a cash shell) and have continued to hold after the RTO because I like AMYT's prospects and BoD. One thing I particularly like is that within 8 months of floating AMYT made sure they had a revenue stream by licencing in a North American "orphan" drug whilst they progressed their own orphan drug through phase 3 and are promising more licencing deals. That's what surprises me about PVR; the company seems to have had no interest in developing a revenue stream whilst it was continuing to explore.

waterloo01. There is no mention of AMYT on the ShareProphets site today, so presumably you must be a subscriber to HotShotRockets? I wont be subscribing to the ShareProphets site from this Thursday when it sets up a paywall. Hence I wont be visiting the site after tomorrow. Shame, but as I've only got one share, AMYT, it's not worth my paying the monthly subscription.

Jeez....he was trying to pack a lot of information into that presentation so hope his audience were following him ok. Hope the 'free bet' comment will resonate with the potential investors and they'll start showing more interest over the coming days and weeks.

Good work, but we need to see all this translating into upward price momentum! :-)

Paps, we might need to rise a little earlier than normal tomorrow to see if there is any price action! haha
