10/6/2020 18:19 | It was me. I’m out at £2 as stated earlier | positivitynicholas
10/6/2020 17:06 | Somebody splashed out this afternoon. They bought 56k @ 160p (value £89.60k). I wonder who it was? Probably nobody who posts on the ADVFN & lse AMYT bb's! LOL. | papillon
10/6/2020 12:58 | Now got 5,214 shares. Selling 750 last week has proved to be a silly mistake by me. Now that I've bought back more (964) it would be just my luck (or bad timing!) if the share price started to fall back down! Sod's law in action! Fingers crossed it doesn't happen and the apparently inexorable rise of the share price continues as I don't want to look a complete prat and two time loser! LOL. | papillon
10/6/2020 11:43 | I regret selling 750 shares last week. Made a mistake. Bought back £750 first thing this morning @ 150p. The share price just keeps rising. Just bought another £750 worth at a tad under 160p. Now back over 5,000 shares. You're right 8881CB about the 2017 high. It's already above the 2016 placing price @ 144p (6 x 24p) | papillon
10/6/2020 11:30 | It’s now Up 5%. It will be interesting to listen to tomorrows presentation. Looking at the five year chart it looks like the high point was 162p in 2017. If it continues this rise it will be above that high in days. | 888icb
10/6/2020 10:41 | Joe Wiley is presenting tomorrow at a Proactive One2One Forum. Also presenting are Avacta, ReNeuron and Arix. It's a virtual event, so is being run as an online interactive webinar. 10/6/2020 10:35 | The impressive rise continues up 3.7% already this morning. | 888icb
10/6/2020 09:10 | Slowly slowly | alphabravo321
10/6/2020 00:39 | Low volume but another 2.4% and the rise continues | 888icb

08/6/2020 17:22 | Slowly but surely the rise continues at the start of a new week. | 888icb
07/6/2020 12:23 | As long as we keep sniffing the wine bottle then all will be well..... Onwards & upwards, I hope!! | bazworth
07/6/2020 12:07 | What do the next few weeks hold? Back to sleep or steady buys... | alphabravo321
05/6/2020 14:29 | What you post is very true, sidam. Whilst "management would not know whether it has been a success in meeting its primary end point" I'd be very surprised if they haven't got an inkling as to the final outcome. If anyone is in a position to make an inspired guess then it would be the AMYT management. The management, in that case, would not need to purchase shares because they have options, whereas Stafford doesn't. | papillon
05/6/2020 13:58 | AP 101 is a blinded study and not yet finished. So management would not know whether it has been a success in meeting its primary end point. The odds for success based on historical trials should well over 50%, but no one knows as yet. But the latest distribution agreement is good news and should help the growth rate. Anyway the market liked it otherwise the price would not have risen on the news. | sidam
05/6/2020 13:38 | Bronxville Posts: 1,877 Price: 144.00 No Opinion RE: Well he keeps buying.. Thu 15:34 It probably means no material news on the horizon for the foreseeable future.. I wouldn't imagine they would go for Nasdaq listing until they get AP101 over the line.. >>>>> I think Bronxville is correct in that the Chairman's latest purchase of shares on Wednesday precludes the release of price sensitive news anytime soon. He might even be correct about the deferment of the Nasdaq listing until after the AP101 results are announced. It makes sense. Whether Stafford's purchase of 62.5k shares (50k + 12.5k) indicates that he knows the AP101 results will be okay is open to question. After all he's only spent £72.5k. Whereas, to paupers like me, that seems an awful lot of money to gamble on the outcome of a phase 3 trial, no doubt to someone of his undoubted wealth, it's probably peanuts and of course it's a low risk bet because AMYT appears cheap at the current share price even if the phase 3 trial proves to be a resounding flop. | papillon
04/6/2020 19:29 | That RNS released yesterday re the Chairman's purchase of 50k shares @ 110l on the 20th May, sidam, was after the results were released on the 7th May. I presume you're alluding to yesterday's RNS announcing the SWIXX distribution deal, but should such an RNS preclude the Chairman from buying shares 2 whole weeks before the deal was announced? I don't think so. It wasn't that major an announcement. It's not comparable to the issue of the coming RNS with the AP101 phase 3 trial final results. Now that will be price sensitive information! I agree with you that the 2 week delay in reporting his 50k buy is unacceptable. | papillon
04/6/2020 19:10 | I see the Chairman's latest purchase of 12,500 shares @ 140p (value £17.50k) was reported twice yesterday @ 14:49:54 and again @ 14:51:02. Both were designated "unknown" because that was the mid price then. Today yesterday's trade @ 14:51:02 trade has been deleted and reported exactly 24 hours later. Because the spread is now higher this trade has been shown as a sell of 12,500 shares @ 140p. The last reported trade today was at 16:10:48. It was for 30,625 shares @ 142.60p (value £43.67k) and is shown as a buy because it was above the mid price. However the previous trade to that was @ 16:05:52 and that was a buy of 25k shares @ the full asking price of 145p (value £36.25k) so that following trade for 30,625 shares @ 142.60p was a sell! I can confirm that because I sold 750 shares @ 142.60p @ 15:58:31 (value £1070). I still have over 4k of AMYT shares. I turned some paper profits into cash because I gambled that we will see a minor pullback in the coming weeks before the share price rises again and so thus form my predicted bullish IH&S chart pattern. We'll see if I was right, or wrong, to sell those 750 shares in the coming weeks. | papillon
04/6/2020 14:23 | Ray back in the market, good man Ray | alphabravo321
04/6/2020 08:48 | Little point to be too concerned as it will have no material impact on AMRYT. It does seem a bit close though!! | bazworth
04/6/2020 08:23 | I am somewhat concern at the chairman buying. It took much to long to be reported and was a rather close to a price moving announcement. Anyone share my view. | sidam
04/6/2020 08:00 | Funny old game! | bazworth
04/6/2020 07:59 | Look at the 1 month AMYT chart, May 20th at price of 1.10 was pretty much the start of this rally...the date and price that Chairman bought at | alphabravo321
