From the RNS it gives us 3 possible outcomes ....not seen it mentioned on this board but it did make me smile (forever the optimist ) that option 3 is written in a smaller font than the rest of the item !!! For the more educated amongst us out of the first two options which one would be more beneficial to the company and shareholders ? "The Interim Readout, referred to in bullet point one above, will result in one of three possible outcomes:-- Continue the study with no change to sample size, which would reflect conditional statistical power of at least 80% or better-- Increase the number of patients in the study to maintain an 80% conditional statistical power-- Discontinue the study due to futility" (Copy and paste didn't show smaller font but is smaller on RNs)

A good news RNS and I can see the 2017 all time AMYT high of 27p being retested and then broken upwards in the short term.

Fingers crossed we get that good news RNS. The omens look good, judging by the RNS dated 19th December.

15 trades today. 5 were buys, 10 were sells. By my arithmetic that's "Mostly sells today". Since the 3 largest trades today were all sells: 100k @ 17.35p this afternoon (reporting delayed by an hour because of it's size) and 2 earlier trades of 52,589 & 50k then I think it's also safe to assume that the sell volume today was higher than the buy volume. Of course one must also say that as the MM's never indicate whether a particular trade is a buy, or sell, one can never be 100% certain especially as they are allowed to delay reporting of large trades. That 100k trade @ 17.35p could only have been a buy if the reporting was delayed by more than an hour; say by 6 hours

I maybe a "miserable sod", waterloo01, but at least I can count! :-)

Why am I a miserable sod for just reporting the facts as outlined on the financial web sites, waterloo01? Hopefully the sellers today will seriously regret their decision to sell today within the next few weeks.

I still hold all of my 38k of AMYT shares (cost around £6k). I'm currently up 10% on paper. Hopefully by the end of January that profit will be significantly higher. Fingers crossed.

Thanks Alphabravo123 for posting about the Ph III trial in burns patients. Possibly an Investigator initiated trial, hence off the radar for most Amryt followers. But excellent results once again - showing that Episalvan is efficacious across different forms of partial thickness wounds. Increases ones confidence that the EASE trial interims will be positive. Thus, to date, there are now 3 Ph III trials that are positive for Episalvan for partial thickness wounds/burns wounds.

To all here - wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May the year ahead bring lots of positivity and hopefully lots of joy from the EASE trial too!
