The AMYT share price has managed to drag itself above the 200 day EMA, alphabravo. That's the first time it's been above the 200 day EMA since very early in September. Currently 16.97p to buy less than 5k of shares (NMS)

PS. It would be nice to get above that 17.3p chart resistance level today. Will it happen? Who knows?

Someone paid well over the then 16p asking price when they bought 90k @ 16.65p @ 10:42 this morning. Let's hope their optimism is fully justified in early January.

I'm very jolly thanks chaps.. especially having learnt that the Flutterby is from the land of tight-wearing, robbing Thieves & loud, gobby, swearing, pontificating Football Managers... OH THE IRONY... LOLs

Merry Xmas
;-)

Wrong yet again, mdalos. Do you ever get anything right? I'm NOT from the "land of tight-wearing, robbing Thieves & loud, gobby, swearing, pontificating Football Managers". I only moved there when I was 57 years of age. I was born and lived for the first 57 years of my life around 150 miles south of Nottingham within the area contained by the M25. "OH THE IRONY" PMSL.

PS I don't recognise your stereotype of "land of tight-wearing, robbing Thieves & loud, gobby, swearing, pontificating Football Managers", but then I don't suffer from your irrational prejudices.

I reckon Mdalos1 and papillon should call a truce until our January RNS. Life is far too short for such angst between two folk who know nothing about one another.

Keep smiling everyone and don’t forget to leave out the mince pies and sherry on Monday evening!

Cheers

Baz

I told you this about the likely new News many months ago you FOOL... and yet you also don't get how there's obviously a >50% likelihood of it not being good news. I've cut this so many ways for you this past year... it's >50%, it's easily 66% and there's a distinct possibility it's around 86%.

And more nonsense from MADloss from late November:

AGREED - you claimed previously I made it all up... it's all there, it always has been !!!
You said months ago and reiterated again today... "What subsiduaries are you talking about, mdalos? Could you please elucidate? I don't see any mentioned"

Multiple group entities, all sucking the life out of the Business.
AT LAST YOU GET IT !!!

Keep it simple Flutterby...

-10.483m Euros on "Admin" & the group entities/subsidiaries

-8.22m Euros on R&D for something already in a Trial ??? (AP101)... think about it... that's a huge amount to be spending on something already produced and already in Trial.

YOU ARE FINALLY SEEING WHAT'S ALWAYS BEEN STARING YOU IN THE FACE.
YOU ARE LOSING MORE AND MORE AS THEY TAKE MORE AND MORE.

That's a link to certain Company records that exposes everything I've reiterated to Flutterby that he has COMPLETELY FAILED to recognise throughout this year, last year and since he first invested prior to that. COMPLETE LOSER.

List of Group entities... all active.
You also need to check the Irish Companies House to understand the structure of 5 of them registered in Dublin

You knew I would know this dear Flutterby and I know you're now starting to realise that when the Trial fails they'll also declare many more millions of Euros have been "spent", amounting to another significant LOSS and the game will be up for good.

No need to thank me for stating the obvious - I'd sell what you can now before you lose the lot

So MADloss advised me to sell my AMYT shares around a month ago! PMSL. As if anybody would take any notice of such a mentally unbalanced liar and conman! ROFLMAO

Another of mdalos's deleted posts from the 5th December which I copied. Saying I was a "FOOL" for averaging down and I was on the "verge of getting hammered.... imminently" No wonder the the lying conman deletes all his posts!

FOOL ! Remind me... you are the one who's averaged down here repeatedly and is on the verge of getting hammered... imminently.

I do however sincerely hope that doesn't turn out to be the case... just because you've been a little ignorant and foolish doesn't mean anybody wants you to lose your money

So 33p is now mdalos's target share price That wasn't so on the 5th December when he was forecasting 8.75p! mdalos is such a devious conman that he deletes all his posts. Fortunately I've been copying them! I've been forcasting a range for the AMYT share price depending on whether the AP101 news was good, or bad. I forecast a range of 7p-27p+ dependent on the trial news. From the AMYT chart I forecast 35p-40p in the short term if the news was good

Of course if every study centre was open from day one then recruitment would have been quicker but that's a different point altogether. The IND was only approved by the FDA in September and we are where we are. The opening of US trial centres can only speed up recruitment now and is a positive thing whereas your earlier post seemed to suggest that today's news would delay results further. Apologies if that's not what you meant.

mdalos,

Interesting logic there. In fact the opposite is true. The total number of patients to be recruited hasn't changed so opening of additional study centres can only speed up recruitment and bring forward the day when the trial is fully recruited.

In order to give AP101 the best chance of approval, the trial must be designed to provide the most robust and credible data possible. That includes recruiting a diverse range of patients from different geographical areas. It's important for the credibility of the data to have study centres in the US and I'm sure the FDA would look closely if and when it comes to reviewing the NDA if Amryt had ignored this huge population centre.
