08/10/2018 11:32 | Guess we will see in time, Mark. Seen tree shakes before - take a look at MOSB and CNCT following profit warnings earlier this year. And yes, I did eventually buy the shares I sold in early September this morning. I am comfortable enough with the risk I am taking and think this drop is overdone. | zimbtrader
08/10/2018 11:28 | Libertum's is always getting it wrong. | meijiman
08/10/2018 10:37 | Liberum Capital today downgrades its investment rating on Amino Technologies PLC (LON:AMO) to buy (from buy) and cut its price target to 250p (from 265p). | marksp2011
08/10/2018 10:23 | Zimbtrader, Really? A tree shake? A third down and no bottom yet optimism is laudable but ......... They announced - sales aren't coming through, costs are rising and the end of the progressive dividend policy Apart from that | marksp2011
08/10/2018 08:31 | Am only surprised by the scale of the drop. No surprise that I can't get a buy price but could sell if I wanted. Looks very much like market makers shaking the tree to pick up cheap stock. Seen it before! Feel sorry for those getting burnt on stop losses! | zimbtrader
08/10/2018 08:08 | Agreed, got out first thing. Not a great way to start a Monday. Got singed, but will live to fight another day. That came out of the blue and has destroyed any confidence investors may have had. Will keep on my watchlist to remind me to be more careful next time. GLA | kevph
08/10/2018 07:38 | They definitely will get hammered Zimbtrader, less than 3 months ago when the interims were announced the Chief Exec stated this: Outlook We have entered the second half of the year with a strong order book, backlog and pipeline coverage alongside a clear set of propositions for the markets we serve. Furthermore, over 75% of our forecast revenue for the full year is secured. Operationally, we will continue to focus on managing the supply chain to mitigate component price increases. As such, the Board is confident on delivering a full year performance in line with its previous expectations. Donald McGarva Bound to be an issue with Amino's credibility after this 'profit warning'! | hyperboreus
08/10/2018 07:19 | Gloomy update today. Sounds like a profit warning so am expecting the price to be battered this morning. Not confident enough to think about buying back Amino shares I have sold recently either. The only good news is regards the Divi but that's not guaranteed. Maybe time to sell the rest and move on? | zimbtrader

06/9/2018 17:42 | I have received a reply from AMO simply stating what we now know - that both figures appear in the interim report and that the actual payment was the lower of the two. No explanation, no apology for causing confusion. info@aminocom.com if anyone else wants to air their frustration at the confusion caused. | sharw
05/9/2018 23:49 | Thanks mate. Must admit I did see that myself but dismissed it as a typo. Keep us posted. | zimbtrader
05/9/2018 13:29 | The next installment - I have had a reply from both brokers saying they only received 1.68p and one of them pointed out that the interim report is inconsistent. On looking at it I find: Headline: Interim dividend per share (GBP pence) 1.683 CFO Review At beginning: In line with its progressive dividend policy, the Board has recommended an interim dividend of 1.683 sterling pence Towards end: The Board is pleased to confirm that it intends to recommend an interim dividend of 1.68 pence sterling I have emailed the company but have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply | sharw
04/9/2018 13:17 | Same here. Very strange... | zimbtrader
04/9/2018 13:00 | Anyone else had a problem with yesterday's dividend? I have this with two nominee a/cs and both have only credited 1.68p/share instead of the 1.683 declared. | sharw

19/7/2018 21:19 | Latest investors chronicle tips Amino ‘These are the first numbers to be conveyed in dollars, providing “transparency of underlying performance”. Amino’s blended forward price/earnings ratio (PE) represents a single-digit discount to its two-year historic average; at this relatively undemanding multiple, and with expectations of better second-half sales we reiterate our buy call.” | goldry
