I ain't no chartist, but in my eyes we are currently bang on resistance ie circa 214p. Hence why I've just sold; not risking a pullback. Obviously, it could break through this resistance, in which case, good luck to all. I'm happy to take my profits at this price and if it drops back to support at 180p I'll consider buying back.

good volume today with some chunky buys of 100,000 & 45,000 shares respectively. also some buys around 20,000 shares as well.

Decent results and progressive divi policy retained for another year. Margin improved and hopefully that will continue.

Plus the CFO splashed out on 5000 shares. Last of the big spender's! :-o

Yes, that is bad. Compare last year when at least the amount was given:

Dividend

The Board has recommended a full year dividend of 6.05 pence per share, a 10% increase over the prior year. The Board also intends to continue the Company's dividend policy of no less than 10% growth per annum for the year ending 30 November 2017. Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 29 March 2017, the final dividend of 4.659 pence per share will be payable on 28 April 2017 to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2017. The ex-dividend date is 6 April 2017.

Amino persist with quoting just the full year dividend amount in their announcements.

By way of clarification, the final dividend payable on 27/4/18 will be 5.125p per share...

I suspect the recent share price rise may be partly due to shareholder approval (today) for the company to be able to buy back shares. The chart looks encouraging.

Still modestly rated at p/e just under 14 for the year ending November 18.

I'm waiting (patiently) for Azini to sell out. positive sign that share price has not collapsed as they reduce their position so there must be a buyer in the background.

Wow - around 4m shares traded between 11 and noon at 188p and the price unchanged.

Is this the final dump by Azini 1 LP whose selling has depressed the share price for months?

The quoted price being unchanged suggests there is also a big buyer around.

Wording about the moment cost headwinds sounds like management are proactively flagging this up to manage expectations for a margin squeeze over the next half year or so. This could buffet expected profit growth for FY2018 so for me the current forward PE is a little rich.
