Large volume today - looks as if there is a big buyer as well as big seller (we could all guess who that is).

For the record 1% = 725k shares so there may or may not be an RNS.

You've counted three half yearly dividends in getting to 7.58p basem11. Dividends for the last 12 months total 6.189p. Yes, 7.58p was paid in the 12 months to 01/09/2017 but that is only because the previous year's interim dividend was paid later than the latest interim dividend.

Final 28/04/2017 4.659p
Interim 22/09/2016 1.391p

I was thinking along the same lines as Hyperboreus - the last 3 years have required a profit warning (2 of the nice variety, 1 bad) in October. No trading statements in 2011, 2012 or 2013 until the period end ones (2 inline market expectations, 1 marginally ahead).

Azini need to inform the market when they go below 4% and 3% so not sold out yet.

Definitely a buy but not sure if reached the bottom yet and/or if Azini have sold out completely yet.

I wouldn't read too much into that mfhmfh as historically the trading update for the year ending 30 November is usually in the first week of December.

They have also issued trading updates in October for the past 3 years as well as in December however in each of those statements they were trading and/or profits were either ahead or below expectations.

You wouldn't think there would be one now before December with it being just a month away therefore you could logically maybe deduce that they are trading in-line with market expectations this year.

Consensus for this year end is eps of 13.8p per share, dividend of 6.68p per share & pre-tax profit of £10.92 million so on a P/E of 13.6 ish at the moment, screaming BUY BUY BUY imho.

You watch they will probably issue one now in the next few days! 😆

5 lots of 25k @ 183p. Looks as if Azini are still dribbling their remaining holding onto the market.

I doubt it, I could be wrong but I suspect Azini are no doubt continuing to reduce their holding and with Bennett 'dismissed' as of 4 October the sooner they liquidate their holding the better.

Trading update soon which I would imagine will be positive given recent contract wins and various 'Industry Awards'.

I personally have every confidence in Amino's ability to innovate and flourish having held for over 6 years, I could not have asked for more with great capital appreciation and yield.

So, having sold 56% of their holding, the man from Azini 1 LP has resigned. That means they can dribble their remaining holding onto the market without reporting except when they cross 4% and 3%. One day this overhang will end.
