interesting warbaby, so the TPDC said, upon completion of the project at lest 30 million cubit feet of natural gas per day will be supplied to run the cement factory.

I guess that's where the EPS of Ntorya comes in

"infrastructure investment - establishment of facilities to achieve accelerated first gas to a minimum gross production rate of 40 MMcfd (equivalent to approximately 6,700 bbls/d) "

Just imagine the share price based on that, with anything from the other licences on top :-)

Interesting bit here "The Farm-Out is expected to be completed by 30 November 2018 and is expected to enable Aminex to diversify its portfolio beyond Tanzania, spreading its country and geological risk". I know they always say that but sounds like they have something lined up.

I think anyone selling out here is bonkers unless you are betting on the farmout out not going through. Just wait for the excitement around the next drill if you want to sell out!

Totally agree, BG. It would be nice to have a little more detail on what "as soon as possible" means in relation to C1. I've no doubt that will be the case, but I wonder when will find how long that piece of string is?

always look on the bright side of life

" multiple wells (for which Aminex is carried) to drive target production up to 140 MMcfd"

"-- Material cashflow to the Company with no further recourse to funding. If target rates are achieved and based on assumed gas terms, the Company could generate revenue up to US$40 million per annum"

Once the farm out is complete APT become operator. So if the licence is granted before FO completion AEX will be operator and pass that over on completion, or it will go straight to APT if the FO is finalised first. Whatever the outcome the various parties involved (AEX, Solo and APT) will all have an interest in the licence(s), with one as operator.

.BG, and co,

It appears I was wrong about the Ntorya appraisal area being separate from the Mtwara licence. Note 8 of the HYs is worth reading, regarding both licences.

Suppose so...They are responsible for the liabilities but ownership would be divided between them. Innit. Where's Dunderheed when you need him...or Peter.

BG,

THe Ntorya appraisal area is separate from the Mtwara licence. I'd assume the extension is for the area that already excludes the appraisal area, which is presumably waiting confirmation as a development licence. Though it's a little odd that the Ntorya licence isn't mentioned specifically.

who would actually hold the extended Mtwara licence, the new operator?

LFDKMP good luck mate. To be fair Max Williams does a good report in difficult circumstances. He probably works the hardest.

re; Mtwara Licence extension, in my mind the worst case scenario, is we lose 50% of Mtwara but keep the whole area of the appraisal area, of which we have fulfilled all of the drilling commitment's and looks about 50% of the whole licence.

Well that's it. After more years than I can remember, enough is enough. I'm out.

I've got a feeling that the only people who are going to make anything out of this are the Tanzanian "authorities" and, if there's anything left, the Zubairs.

One can only live on promises for so long and for me it's been too long.

Good luck.

as expected "The transaction is also subject to the grant of an extension to the Mtwara Licence, currently awaiting approval."

" Aminex received formal ministerial approval for a one-year extension to the Mtwara Licence, to January 2018. Aminex, through its subsidiary Ndovu Resources, has requested and expects to be granted a further extension to the Mtwara Licence. Following discussions with the TPDC, the Board expects the TPDC to apply for a new PSA for the Lindi Licence which should enable the Company to carry out further development and exploration in conjunction with the Mtwara Licence area."

I hope we get the whole area of the Mtwara Licence extended along with the (Namisange prospect). though I believe each time a licence is extended you have to relinquish 50% ? I have a sneaky feeling that this might be the issue holding things up.

KN-1 production "minimal and intermittent". TPDC not paying.

...but wait for it...we have started to mobilise personnel and equipment.

...bright future (aka more jam tomorrow)

Resign, I say.
