Lucypoop, are you buying back now, sounds like it with your constant babble. Sell and move on and enjoy the weekend.

Indeed, they should have got the second rig booked at CPO-5 & carried on drilling. Ignore the Calao result, just pretend it didn't happen. After all, the wells are only about $7 million a pop (gross)

Mind you, there is a correlation between May and Wardle, in that you can be sure that whatever they promise to do or bring about its the opposite actually happens...

The Amerisur share price is as connected to oil as Theresa May is to integrity.

...probably higher! And just imagine where the share price would be if production and their 1m hectares were fairly valued!

Imagine where the share price would be if the price of oil was much lower.

Indeed good to see the OBA throughput holding circ 4k should we assume Plat7 is back online? if not we have upside - infill spud imminent. Expecting May and June monthly throughout to also tick-up.

They need to put all this cash to work or buy back shares.

The problem is such companies can indulge in insider trading, CFD's, spread betting etc. etc., with virtual impunity. The irony is the BoD have the right as do every other BoD to ascertain beneficial ownership wherever a company is based and could ascertain exactly who is the beneficial owner if companies choose to do so. It is enshrined in Companies Act.

Other companies also offer the service of notifying beneficial interest and it is beneficial interest irrespective of how many companies or smoke screens are set up to give anonymity

It's a tax dodge and the Panama papers issue just closed off another place to hide. I'm sure if you ask GC he will be delighted to explain. The irony is, all the losses it has been shipping lately could have saved a few quid if declared here.

they may have just delisted from Virgin Islands. It seem to coincide with Panama Papers but dates will show either way whether it was or wasn't

Lucy. That makes it seem worse.

They were struck off Virgin Islands, and must have reregistered Michinoko Ltd. in Jersey. So although its the same name its a new company.

They do seem to be going out of their way to keep below the radar, and make it look like they have something to hide by their actions, but in doing so bring the spotlight on them further.

So Michinoko have been "struck off". Who owns their shares now then?

spudders. If you have certificated shares and take certificate you can vote, if not you should either have voted on line with companies that allow it (II), or you could have asked for a letter confirming shares held on your behalf.

But all that and Bigbas is nearer the mark....UNLESS the institutions want to do something and then it all changes

It would not matter if you could vote - it will be ignored
