01/5/2019 10:57 | No one is patronising anyone. To state that you'd like to see the death of all those on the management board of this company is simply unpleasant and unnecessary. | ![]() nicksig
01/5/2019 10:56 | Tell it like it is Lucy.... | ![]() 11_percent
01/5/2019 10:54 | Everything JW invests in turns to dust. Look at his other Tracarta interests. Just because a fool is easily parted from his "hard earned(haha)" cash, is no indication he has a clue what he's doing. Ask anyone here. | ![]() lucyp00p
01/5/2019 10:45 | Any takeover would be well north of current share price Putumayo aside, Wardle believes the numbers from this year’s drilling programme at CPO-5 alone will show Amerisur is substantially undervalued, a view he has backed with share purchases worth £1.25mln over the past three months. Companies in the Llanos Basin with similar-sized assets have been turning down (gross) offers of US$2bn, he adds. | ![]() seball
01/5/2019 10:41 | When does AMER become a takeover target! Ticks the boxes re hostile bid, especially the director credibility box! Perfect timing for an opportunistic bid. | ![]() ghhghh
01/5/2019 10:30 | Lucyp00p. Many companies have infuriated me over the years, and this one more than most, but really that post is clearly unacceptable. No financial loss can justify that. Poor judgement I'm afraid. | ![]() kipper62
01/5/2019 10:23 | johota I was think more of the purchases at over 17p. Should provide motivation to the management to get the share price moving again | ![]() nicksig
01/5/2019 10:15 | nicksig , some of the BOD did buy recently but around 11/12p one could argue that the mm took it down for them to buy from the sellers , very naughty ! And now the mm are playing the same trick ! | ![]() jotoha2
01/5/2019 10:11 | It would appear the share price is being softened up over a sustained period ready for an offer. | dayway123

01/5/2019 09:50 | Drip, drip, drip... every day we see another fall more PIs will come to the conclusion that for all AMER's perceived plus points there must be something fundamentally wrong that they've missed and they choose to bail. From last weeks 13p levels we've already dropped to mid 12s and the downward spiral continues. If we ever get back to my average which is c20p I'm out, life's too short to waste it chasing rainbows from a company which has failed to deliver now for years. PS @paradores, we're already at pre-Indico discovery levels. | rollthedice
01/5/2019 09:45 | And almost down to pre-Indico price when poo was what..35-40pc lower!?! Price action looks contrived / massaged but by who? To what end?Are the mgt looking to take private on the QT? | paradores
01/5/2019 09:42 | Have bought a few. Given the chunky purchases by directors much higher than here I'm sure they'll want to see the share price return to 20p+ at some point. GLA | ![]() nicksig
01/5/2019 09:36 | Sub 13p offer. Crazy. Clearly some questions over mgt delivery but production levels alone, let alone prospective acreage, provide investors or a predictor for that matter with a highly attractive risk/reward balance. If held down much longer I see a 20-22p offer as inevitable. | knackers
01/5/2019 09:27 | Steady pressure being put on the share price to cause maximum discomfort for the board at the AGM..? | ![]() davwal
01/5/2019 09:03 | yes very much so. The wit may well cut through any bs the board may give us | ![]() tsmith2
01/5/2019 08:24 | Lucy, hope that you will be at the AGM. Might help light it up a bit. | ![]() sharesure4
01/5/2019 08:23 | Sharescope are not always accurate. Didn't Seager Rex harbour have connections with City Securities Ltd. | ![]() tyler durden1
01/5/2019 08:13 | According to sharescope RH is now an ex-holder! | ![]() harrycat2
01/5/2019 08:12 | There has to be a focus on how GC can extricate himself from Amerisur and make a good profit doing so. Rex has shown the share price can't hold up with large volumes of sales so he can't simply unload his position (and Michinoko too). He's too old to play the long game of a buyout, even if he had the dollar, so I reckon the announcement at the agm will be to confirm third party deals and ramp up the dividend option. Leaving AIM would help, but there are compelling tax reasons to stay and full disclosure is frowned upon. After that, we need 3 more producing wells and then the for sale signs will go up. | ![]() lucyp00p
01/5/2019 08:04 | Be good to hear from BoD exactly what RHs holding is now. Even though he went below 3% the BoD can know exactly how many shares he holds. Do not forget some of RHs previous companies and connections so he would know exactly how to play the game if he chose and even with a few million shares with the right knowledge it can play havoc | ![]() tyler durden1 |
