So, reading the Peel Hunt analysis it seems they missed the 2019 royalty barrels taken directly from production in oil. I'm not sure if the actual numbers were reported, but the RNS was clear that the OBA throughput was reduced for a number of reasons, but this was probably significant. Bwtfdik

Thanks Star - v cautious but unlike 2018 a torrent of catalysts for us all to look fwd to, this year and into next. Something that will not have escaped IIs who will no doubt be looking for skin in the game.

Hostile takeover remains a serious risk at these levels.

That's a serious downward revision of FY revenues (c30%) even though part of that is deferred to 2019. Does raise the question (again) of how much free cash AMER has actually generated in H2 with falling poo, production and increasing costs of maintaining declining field. I suspect they've added next to nothing. Takes the gloss of new discoveries if they're just covering reducing production from main producing field and reduced reserves given N sands drill disappointment.

Hopefully new well spud will arrest this share price slide but given habit of missing timescales that could send share price lower as well in the short term. May get a much better top up price so will continue to sit on my hands.

Can we get back to total optimism and mindless ramping, I have to pay for building works and it will cheer me up while I spend my savings. It can't be long before we test the previous high, 65p here we come. Feeling better already.

I think Peel Hunt are perfectly reasonable with their conservative initial target mark-up and will no doubt have good reason for being so ;o) but as Indico's appraisal programme gathers momentum and more clarity is given to CPO5's potential, particularly the LS3 sands in its NW corner, they'll get behind the re-rate. A bit of patience will go a long way here.

10% uplift in target price to 22p ... plenty of news driven potential upside in the near-term.

That's not fair on idiots putting Diane abbot in the same category. Sadly it doesn't surprise me that such a thicko can almost make it to the top of her tree. Can you imagine her as deputy prime minister? Turn the lights out Great Britain
