As expected AMER fail to deliver the 7200bopd exit rate and c5k bopd through OBA. Pipeline levels have at least increased by 50% to 2200bopd over recent days but any further uplift looks to be constrained until pumping station works undertaken ~ so no quick fix. Overall current production seems to be 4218bopd including P8 & P20 wells?

Not sure how market will take this as figures a) below guide exit levels and b) OBA constrained albeit volumes up.

Average includes the initial ie low production thru' OBA up to current production.

Current production 2200. see below.

The highest daily throughput has been 4,110 barrels of oil ("BO") on 09 December 2016, with an average of 1,839 ("barrels of oil per day") BOPD since initiation of operations. The Company, PetroAmazonas, PetroEcuador and SOTE continue to monitor and optimise the operation of the system in order to continue increasing throughput capacity; however the daily volume transported by OBA is controlled by the performance of the overall system, for example averaging approximately 2,200BOPD over the last 4 days

ulvers not being funny but it's December now and they appear to give certain "assorted" figures for what's going through pipeline recently and i was wondering where we are now?

What are the wells being allowed to produce and how much is pipeline/how much is road

So they have a pipeline but can put very little oil through it. Doesn't reflect well on management.

Francis55, they do seem to always release RNS at around 1 pm, it is 8 am now Colombia time.. perhaps they issue news based on this time zone. Either way, there is no rule about when to issue an RNS that i am aware of. It does explain also the rises in the afternoon followed by a drop when no news.

personally I cant see the point of a pre-Xmas update. All you will get will be a load of sellers on any rise. To me the market seems a bit flat at the moment, low volume, and little buying interest. I would leave it till second week Jan.

Agree it would be good to have confirmation of current OBA flows; maybe next week.

I wouldn't expect an RNS each week stating OBA now at 1000/2000/3000/day and so on.

You would have thought that increasing the pipeline flow was a case of turning the tap on a bit more. But perhaps it's more complicated than that.

Their last update when oba complete came at 1pm during the day (questions should be asked about the time). Typically it's 7am for news????Any time soon...

It's the usual story: the mismanagement of expectations. They have talked consistently about 5,0000 per day through the pipeline and a 2016 exit rate of 7,200. It's now 15 December and not a squeak - not to us mere mortals anyway. Maybe the great and the good are up to speed.

According to The FT the IEA predicts OPEC deal will end oil glut. 600,000 barrels a day stockpiles could be reduced in first half of 2017. Demand outstripping supply in the next six months......

Back in for 100k - lets hope possible update this thur and another 10% lift which will be duly sold Thursday night. If news actually has anything close to company growth then poss even 13% to 15% uplift and a quick 10 to 15k bagged. Roller coaster time again folks.
