22/9/2016 14:02 | So basically we want the FTSE to crash so this share can have a positive day! | kerri28
22/9/2016 13:38 | I miss Hugo Maracuyo. At least he was in the vicinity before ducking out in 60s, sensible man, to buy a duplex in or around Cartagena. Come back Hugo. | valentine
22/9/2016 13:10 | I miss Victor, he was always good value in these situations | meneither2
22/9/2016 13:08 | Rex is disappointed with Paraguay, imo. Pipeline will deliver 1500 BPD to start and will rack up short term. Imminently after that. I hear, I jest.. It will deliver 5k before you know it. JW completed all works ages ago. Politics, peace deals and general wrangling over rights held it up. He'd look a bit silly if he started after the bell. He must be complimented for his part and faith in those negotiating the deal. All near, very near now. | valentine
22/9/2016 13:06 | Its interesting that the candles show upside resistance and yet no downside floor. I think that there are a lot of buyers out there looking for cheap shares and MM's walking the price down to oblige. Were it not for Rex's divestiture, the share price would firm up but, as it stands, he is being milked. Q. | quidnunc
22/9/2016 12:57 | Bigboots you've only been here 5 minutes so nobody will miss you. Buy buy!!! | eddie_yates
22/9/2016 12:51 | The problem here, is that even when the pipeline is commissioned its going to take months to be operative and flowing, thus putting back AMER at least 6 months - NOW WE KNOW WHY REX IS SELLING OUT Time to move on.... | bigboots
22/9/2016 11:41 | This bloody pipeline has gone from being a cherry on the cake to a bloody albatross around our necks. I think everyone is far too focused on the pipeline as let's face it we all know it's going to happen. Yes, it really should have happened by now and Yes the bod are most certainly culpable for issuing false promises and unrealistic timescales yet again, but ultimately it will happen and as such the day to day price movements should be mostly irrelevant to all the long termers here. Having said all that, it would be nice to get more regular updates from the board and also kept in the loop regarding drilling progress etc. If nothing else it would attract a bit more positive publicity as opposed to the GC favoured method of radio silence and treating us all with utter contempt........ | ladeside
22/9/2016 11:35 | I should've known my enthusiasm would be greeted with a plop. | bigwavedave
22/9/2016 11:19 | I wonder whether analysts' reports will be subject to embargo i.e. not until an RNS on opening the pipeline. Monday? | bigwavedave
22/9/2016 11:11 | As usual , Amer have failed to meet their communicated timelines, no surprise there, but let's remain positive, be patient for 10 days ( it will happen and hopefully we move into the 30p range ) and a reminder from Malcy.. Interims from Amerisur which were overtaken by news that the long-awaited OBA pipeline was finally being completed and was set to open ‘in the next few days’. Much later than expected for a number of reasons but lately primarily the severe flooding, the OBA will cut around $12 off opex and more importantly allow AMER to open up shut-in production and start talking to nearby producers for 3rd party tariff work. Expect production to rise from 4,500 b/d to a year end number of around 7,200 b/d and hopefully more afterwards. Amer has $56.1m of cash, no debt and an undrawn RBL, the news yesterday was well received as should such a transformational one for the company. | oilandgas1
22/9/2016 11:04 | Well, after all the imminents, imminently imminents, by the end of the years, by the start of years, this months, next months, bla de bla... I'm a believer again. Amazed the share price hasn't performed more positively but I guess there's still an overhang and an element of doubt. Looking forward to Malcy's write up for some meat on the bones. | bigwavedave
22/9/2016 10:55 | Don't get drawn eddie. We know your background. Well spotted. All very clean for a pumping station eh? Different story as of beginning Oct! | valentine
22/9/2016 10:35 | GTF a little knowledge is dangerous and makes you look like a proper numpty!!! | eddie_yates
22/9/2016 10:32 | Catch a falling knife spring to mind - ouch | bigboots
22/9/2016 10:25 | No need to be rude and patronising. I doubt that, other than a few PIs, any shareholders have oil industry experience. | blackdown2
22/9/2016 10:15 | That will be opened on the line walk prior to start you numpty. Clearly you don't work in the oil and gas industry. It will have been closed for calibration checks and will be covered under an isolation certificate. | gtfcniles
22/9/2016 10:15 | So close now. It's been a long haul. | dayway123
22/9/2016 09:55 | Really testing our resolve but better that all the boxes are ticked before the black stuff flows | alfieduncan
22/9/2016 09:40 | There is pressure in the line as shown in pic 1 | eddie_yates
22/9/2016 09:39 | Monday has to be as Farc and Govt sign final peace papers, pre-referendum, on Sunday. Meantime all looks ready to go if not going already. | valentine |
