dav - no volume at all. V quiet considering - expect the first batch of AT trades to hit fairly shortly. That'll correct the share price

"Large trucks typically have capacities ranging from 5,500 to 11,600 US gallons"

42 Gallons = 1 Barrel

130 to 276 barrels per tanker.

Between 1950 to 5520 bopd per day

Doesn't really tell us much ;-)

I took a stab at 10,000 US Gal, which is nearer the large end tanker, which equates to 238 barrels. So I think it works back to the previously stated production during the ltt (4600ish bopd?)

Below taken from the latest ONGC tender for Mariposa-1. Note the anticipated and possible term of the LTT.

SCOPE OF WORK
Hiring of Water Sprinkling Service

The Long Term Test (LTT) Operation for MARIPOSA-1 Well in CPO-5 Block is planned for 180 days initially and can be further extended for similar 6 months. The produced oil from this well will be transported through the roads under Cabuyaro Municipality. The activity involves approx. 15 - 20 oil tankers moving through these roads for oil loading and dispatching from the site daily. And also the movement of service vehicles for various jobs and for mobilization of Surface equipment etc. to the well site from base as per need of jobs. Due to the movement of these vehicles on un paved or uncompact roads, to avoid the generation of dust, respiratory hazards and Transit Hazards (low visibility) water need to be sprinkled on these roads.

Yes a long haul but cream will eventually rise to the top. The numbers will look great in future updates at 7k/10k/15k and ultimately 20k per day.Hopefully they manage to get through the whole of October without any production issue. Also the CPO-5 update "imminent".

I'd be very surprised if discussions hadn't already taken place between Amerisur and Gulfsands, given the latter's active 'marketing'. Which would mean either AMER are not interested or maybe they are waiting for a deal on their terms.

Good spot Fadilz,

Gulfsands, leveraging up, burning cash and desperate in my opinion. They've barely started to develop their Colombian assets, are looking to exit Morocco if they can't find a partner and their Syrian assets are under force majeure.

Could be an opportunity if the assets are of good enough quality, you do have to wonder who owns PUT13, but both PUT13 & PUT14 have been mentioned by Amerisur in the past.

"Terecay

Amerisur acquired a 100% working interest in Terecay in March 2017 from Pacific Exploration & Production (now Frontera Energy) and will be Operator. The Terecay block lies between Put-12 and Put-9 and Tacacho.

Regional mapping has been completed, but more seismic data is required to determine if the structural trends coming from Put-13 and Put-14 blocks extend northward to Terecay. The regional seismic processing project commissioned by the Company is expected to assist in prospect definition."

Put-14 open for farm-in. Located south of Terecay, so within reach.

'social issues' affect them too

We know the Saudi's have overstated their reserves, their exports and their production for years. The leaks via Wikileaks showed that

They have supported their traditional ally the U.S. but now seem to be jumping ship so their cooperation in this non existent oil glut is now in doubt.
