Blimey, Malcy would have been tugging his forelock if he had one. Some tougher questioning would actually have helped Amer more, assuming JW met them head on and with straight answers. Even he looked slightly embarrassed at Malcy's fawning.

Sector showing big jump in the Us on the back of oil price spike. Looks like NK partly responsible. Oil bear market may well be finally over. West tex needs to close above $55 and then we're off. Great news as well regarding director buy - as a producer amer should benefit not just from being oversold but in income terms I'd expect a big boost from the oil price increase.

Great to see JW putting his money were his mouth is 1.2 million shares at cost of £198,000!! That is a strong statement by the CEOGreat interview by Malcy, JW came accross very well imo and the future of Amerisur is very bright!!He mentioned Mariposa news coming this week or next week. Its a game changer and it sounds like they might sell their 30% stake when its proved up and the value rockets!! Strong results and overall a very good day.....oil flying high too!
